First Cycle Help

Hey guys im looking to run my first cycle of test. im 25 5'10 170lbs. I have ran two Ph's cycles. My first was d-zine gaind 15lbs off a all out bulk and kept about 10-12.my secound cycle was m-drol and p-stanz witch was a fairly good recomp gaining around 17 and keeping 12 after pct.
so heres what i was thinking for my first cycle

Test C 500mg/w for 10weeks(should i get enough to run 12?)
i was thinking about adding winny but ive been doing my fair share of research and i see that most guys say to run just test to see how you react to it and if u run multiple compounds you wouldnt be able to pinpoint where the sides are coming from.
I just order 2 vials of test cyp 10ml/250mg and 40 tabs of arimidex.


does that seem like a sold first cycle and anti e. how should i run the arimidex will every 3 days .5mg be sufficient?
Pct nolva/clomid will consider hcg if you think its nessesary

In this cycle im looking for lean gains (clean bulk/recomp)

Do you guys think i should throw an oral kick start or winny ?
 
Well there's a lot to say... 170 lbs after two PH cycles doesn't seem like your really staying on top of your training. By your numbers that puts you at like 140lbs prior to starting the first one which you could have made those gains natural with upping your calories and a solid training routine. Not trying to bash you but what has your training history been like. Looks like you have done some research and running test solo would be ideal for reasons you have stated and 20 ml will not make it 10 weeks, more like 8 and test won't kick in til about week 4-5 which doesn't give you much on time. If your gonna get on I would pick up a third vial. But your training and calories need to be in place before you just jump on the train. Adex should be enough at .5mg every 2-3 days if sides show up. Throw your diet and routine up and we can get a better idea.
 
ive been cutting/carb cycling for the past few weeks i was at 190 but on cycle it wasnt all muscle mass i gained.i was eating lots of food and gaind queit a bit of fat. and how isnt it going to last 10 weeks? 10ml/250mg ,2 ml a week, i have a total of 20ml. 20ml/2ml a week=10weeks?
 
routine :
morning HIT cardio every day as well as HIT cardio after lifing (2 sessions)
Chest
Back
arms
shoulders
legs
3 on 1 off
Deit: 6 meals a day
protein shake pre/post workout 2-3 a day
chicken breast
salmon burgers
turkey breast
complex carbs pre/ post unless high carb day im currently carb cycling
im supper good with my deit never drink soda no junk food
I drink lots of water

Unless your using an insulin syringe there is a dead space of .13ml in most syringes which most people don't take into account and your gonna be off a fraction of a ml here and there and your most likely not going to get 10 weeks out of two. And depending some vials may have more or less than 10 mls inside. Just some food for thought.
 
Imo just stick with test to see how u react to it and go for 12 weeks. Also do u have ur pct planned out yet?

It should go something like this

Nolva 40/40/20/20
Clomid 50/50/50/50

But because of the ester u need to start as u would e which is bout 2 weeks after ur last injection. As for hcg, it would be great but not necessary so its ur call there.
 
i had a feeling thats why i wasnt going to have enough ill order another vile and maybe order some HCG but i need to research it more
