First Cycle help please

hey guys what do u think about the below cycle:
12 weeks testo enanthate
anadrol 50 mg for the first 4 weeks
20 mg proviron for 14 weeks then nolvadex for 4 weeks 40 40 20 20 ??
will i keep some quality muscles?
or it will be all water?
what if i played basketball and did cardio?

Ugh - how much test are you planning on doing?
Why are you doing this, what are your goals?
What is your training history?
What is your PH/DS/AAS history?

Anadrol + Test is for mass - you will have water weight - especially without an AI!!!

well i will be taking twice 2x250 testo enanthat EW for 12 weeks,
but i tougth the proviron will help in not putting too much water weigth?
do u think i should run nolvadex intead of proviron for 14 weeks?

Oh yeah - forgot the proviron - 50mg, not 20mg will work well.

What is your training history? AAS history? And goals?

well it's my first cycle i'm 27
i used to play basketball so i have some experience in the gym,
for no w i want to put about 15 to 20 pounds of muscles,
Do you think this cycle migth help me if i played some basketball during??

So you plan to do steroids and play basketball and are asking if that will put on 15-20 pounds of muscle? No - that is not going to happen.

You shouldn't touch the juice until you have good experience with weight training and proper diet. And it's a complete waste of money and resources to use steroids and not even train with weights.

Am I misunderstanding you here?

u r right it would be a waste of money,
but i'm asking if i want to play basketball for cardio??
i have a very good experience in weight lifting, my plan is to
bulk up for 2 month with a combination of full body and split targeted hypertrophy routines and on the last month i want to do 5x5 strength training,
so the basketball is just in between the weight lifting,
as for the diet for the first two month it will be a bulking diet including quality whole foods but on the last month with the 5x5 i will switch to the anabolic diet (cyclical ketogenic diet)

OK - there it is - thanks lol

1) I actually prefer superdrol at 20-30mg over anadrol as a kicker.
2) have an AI like examsetane on hand just in case - not sure if proviron will completely handle anadrol and test.
3) what is your pct plan? you should have all pct stuff prior to cycle
4) are you taking any liver support for the oral usage?

i dont think i could buy examsetane from pharmacies here,
for the pct i have nolvadex 40 40 20 20 on weeks 14 till 18 and will stay on proviron till end of week 13,
for the first 4 weeks i will do 50 mg proviron them 25 thereafter!!(would that handle the E and the bloating?)

Drop the proviron and add injectable Masteron the last part of your cycle to help dry and harden you out. I would also have an AI like Aromasin or exemestane OH in case of estro flare ups post cycle

the problem is that aromazine or arimidex are very expensive,
so i'm stuck with proviron and nolvadex,
i could increase the proviron and add nolvadex in case of gino right?
and add winstrol in the last 2 weeks two dry up,
what do u think?
 
I mean what you had listed in the OP is fine by anyone's standards really. Provirion will have to settle then. Have some on hand for pct and even after pCt for flare ups. And I like the Winston idea, that would be a nice way to harden you up right before PCT

Keep the proviron at 50mg throughout the cycle.

Buy the supplement Erase from any online supp store - it is a cheap and effective AI. Have it on hand when you start cycle.

Look up triptorelin - you should be able to order some online - one 100mcg shot is the best start to a PCT. Nolva is good - but keep some erase to run while you taper off the nolva at the end of the pct to avoid rebound.

Avoid using proviron in pct as it is known to be suppressive.

so today i got the goods that i ordered last week from my local gym,
he got me testosterone enanthate 250 Iranian, and anapolon 50 turkish (20 tablets),
i live in lebanon so the goods are cheap,
as i have 20 tablets of anapolon only, i will take them only before the workouts during the week,
i'll start 50 mg of proviron for the first 4 weeks with the anapolon then back to 25 (continue 2 weeks after last testo shot),
i'll try to find some AI but i cannot order online any steroid because they have some strict regulations here about drugs,
what do u think if i took the animal pack before nolvadex?
