First Cycle help and clarifications

Well decided to stay with the tren and the test. All good so far. Just ended my 3rd week. Put on 9 lbs so far! Woohoo! Happy about that. Lifting much heavier too. One thing i know is I need to get my diet in better order--meaning more protien, more meals. The diet is clean but I know i need more. Not sure if it makes sense to post here.
