First Cycle HCG / Fertility Advice

Hey guys, I'm hopping on test, eq, var, gh soon, i have everything in hand except a few ancillaries I'm waiting on to arrive before i start.
I will be starting with 250 test at first and will titrate up as I see how my body reacts as well as adding the eq and var at different times later on incase i run into issues, i know where its coming from. I got blood work last week everything came back great. I am sitting at 580 total test naturally and everything else is healthy. I am 23 years old. I am 6'8 200lbs currently, i went on a very aggressive cut from 275lbs, i wanted to be as lean as possible before I hop on. I've been lifting for 4 years consistently, I am around 13% body fat.

Me and my soon to be wife want kids within the next 5—6 years, I am committing to the long haul of blasting and cruising trt doses between cycles. I also get nervous about the health of my child, I've heard about some compounds possibly causing birth defects. It would absolutely wreck me if my kid came out with problems because of my gear use. I also really want a son haha I've heard you can only have a daughter on test, probably a myth but i haven't seen deep enough evidence anywhere to support that claim.

What's the typical protocol with hcg or hmg? Do people usually take low weekly doses long term over 5+ years, or should I not take hcg at all until I'm ready to start trying for kids?

What's your advice for my situation?

Honestly … at 23 you shouldn’t be blasting and cruising. No guarantees in this game from the moment you run your first cycle .If you are really that worried I would stay away from blasting and cruising. Your natural levels aren’t bad

Yes running Hcg improves the odds of a successful restart. It’s typically ran throughout a cycle or long term in people on TRT who want to improve chances of a restart for future fertility. Again not a guarantee. HMG is basically unaffordable to run permanently and thus is typically used prior to conception .

Stay far away from 19 nors if you desire future fertility. Trace supraphysiologic amounts of deca , tren, trest in long esters could affect fertility and sperm development for months (potentially 18 in regards to deca) Some of these are probably the compounds you are referring to in regards to possible birth defects . As far as I know that’s theoretical .
