First Cycle Ever on DMZ 2.0. Looking for advice.

I attempted to find somewhere that gave a rundown of the basics for newbies on here, but have been unable to do so. I see people posting things like 20/20/10/10 and have no idea what the hell any of it means.

Anyway, I'm going to start my first cycle (haven't taken PH or anything like that ever) tomorrow on Super DMZ 2.0. Currently 163, looking to hit 180-185 by the end of the cycle. I've been eating for bulk for about the past month and am looking to take my gains to the next level. I currently am taking multivitamins, tribulus, Zinc and TMG on a daily basis, as well as getting Omega 3's and other essential nutrients from the food I eat.

Questions: Should I be taking any kind of Cycle support with this- I feel like the liver supplements I'm taking should be sufficient, though taking a trip to Vitamin Shoppe and picking some stuff up is done easily enough. As for PCT, are there any recommendations? My main concerns would be with losing my gains and bringing back the natural testosterone production, but again, I'm very new at this, and any advice would be much appreciated.
 
Isn't DMZ 2.0 a blend of multiple hormones? It is generally recommended to start with a single compound on your first cycle to assess side effects. Regardless, you definitely need a cycle support supplement preferrably with TUDCA in it. For pct get a SERM, some DAA, and an AI. As for dosing protocol on the serm you could search around the forums for that info. I haven't personally run DMZ so I'm not quite sure how heavy to dose on pct.

Dude there's so much wrong with this post. If you run sdmz 2.0 right now, it's just gonna be a waste of money. Just by this post, I can pretty much predict your level of training, and it's not good

You're 5'9 and 163lbs. Not the lightest, but you aren't very heavy either. I doubt you've put any actual effort into training.

You can run it. But at this pint is just gonna be one step forward, two steps back for you. Anything you gain, which won't be much, will be lost during your nonexistant pct. you'll actually probly end up weaker and smaller a few months after the cycle. At your size,you can gain naturally at the same speed as this cycle. Unless you left out the part where your ~4% bf.

Btw, how old are you?

25. My BF% is fairly low on most parts of my body (2% on Biceps, 5-7% most elsewhere). I've been lifting for strength for over 6 months, and I want to take my gains to the next level.

Taking Fish Oil for Liver support, BCAA post-meals and workouts, and Taurine for potential back pumps. It's frustrating to not receive any constructive, actionable advice here. Being told to focusing on "natty gains" may be practical advice, but I want to put on some decent mass over the next month, and am willing to get the proper PCT and Cycle Support I need to do the cycle effectively. "Don't Cycle" is ****ty advice for someone who wants to do so, because you haven't given me good reasons why I shouldn't.

All that said, I started the cycle yesterday. Taking 10mg of Dimethazine and Methylstenbolone a day (that's 1 pill in the morning with breakfast). I'm going to observe potential side effects and then bump it up to 2/day after a week if I don't notice anything serious.

There's a post on this site which says you can do SDMZ 2.0 as a starter cycle (was lucky enough to find it)- can't link it because I don't have enough posts yet.

The thing I'm concerned about now is PCT, but thankfully this site seems to have suppliers for Clomid, Eradicate, and Gear Support.

If I take the proper Cycle Support and the proper PCT (SERMs, dosing properly), why shouldn't I cycle? I'm well aware of what SERMs are and how if PCT is not done properly the gains will be lost and the T will convert to Estrogen.

PCT;
Clomiphene (Clomid) ~ Weeks 5-8 @ 2ml (=50mg) e/d (AM Dosing)
Gear Support ~ Weeks 5-8 @ 2caps e/d (AM Dosing)
Eradicate ~ Weeks 9-11 @ 3caps e/d (Morning, Noon & Night Split Dosing)
 
I gave u 5 reasons not to do it. I could go do a million more, but you're just another typical impatient and ignorant kid. You won't listen so there's no point in this thread. Doubt you'll last 6 more months in this lifestyle. U don't have the patience for it

I appreciate the responses, I really do, even if they may not have been what I wanted to hear. I do think you underestimate my knowledge of how Methylsten affects my liver and how you need proper liver support to prevent damage from being done there.

If I'm dead-set on doing this, do you have any "must-do" recommendations on what to take during PCT?

Actually you're over estimating your knowledge. Fish oil isn't a liver support supplement. It does a lot of things, but that's not one of them. Tudca would be your ideal liver support.

And it's not the liver that's causing all of us to tell you not to do it. It's obvious from your posts you havnt been doing this long at all. You probly don't even train correctly to optimally use this cycle anyways. You're only 6 months in, that's barely even past your initial starting gains

Btw quit spitting out words like you know what you're talking about. Everyone here sees right through you. The truth is you havnt made any progress in 6 months and you're hoping this will fix that
 
I am with everyone else. But if you are going to do this you need either nolvadex or clomid for pct. Clomid at 50 everyday for four weeks or Nolva at 20 everyday for four weeks. You should also take a mild AI in pct to help with a possible estrogen rebound. You do not need AI or SERM during cycle as neither of these compounds aromatize. When on cycle you need at least one liver support product as both the compounds in SDMZ 2 are methylated they will damage your liver. Be prepared for back pumps and mild to severe lethargy as you are not running a test base and you will be supressed. The gains are good but the sides can be hurrendous without testosterone.
