First cycle ever Hdrol with pics

I love the pulldowns man, they really bring out that back width and the feeling of them constricting and pumping up every time you pull it down is just spectacular.
 
I gotta try them Pendlay rows

Do you attribute any of the progress in your back to Pendlay rows nbshazeezee?
 
I do mostly circuit training with my back following. Two heavy lifts like b bell row and db rows..

Love body weight lifts for width. The wider the grip, the wider the wing span BABY
 
That's the bread and butter for massive backs! you want strength and mass, that's where its at.. pull downs are just for width and getting that V taper
 
What's been adding some serious width on my back lately has been rear pull ups, your head in front, and try to get your traps to touch the bar ( your traps prolly won't touch but the point is to get up as high as you can)

i do those too. Killer!!
In my push/ pull regimen right now i do a lot of modified body weight lifts.

they're new to me, I maybe started using them 8 weeks ago, and I can see a huge difference in my front lay spread... Maybe rear spread too but I can't see that haha
 
Definitely feel the DAA at a little more than three grams increasing standing vascularity...

Remember this is not with a pump or anything this is just a typical moment between classes and work.

You gotta have some good strength or no weight to do those and good shoulders, more power to ya man I envy ya, cause my shoulders are a little shot so its hell on them doing behind the head, I can do more behind the head pull downs then the behind the head pull ups.. they are really good man, hit them lats, rear delts and everything back there big time
 
yea that's reall nice dma, im hoping to be CLOSE to that one of these days, ive never really been vascular accept the bottome of my forearms..

I also have trouble doing them because of a shoulder injury. Have just been able to do behind the head shoulder presses in recent months. I still even have a little discomfort reaching back and above to get the bar off on Incline Bench. Anything with my arm positioned back like that is hell. But getting better.

I feel like a bad bad man after today workout.

This was the absolute most brutal leg workout I have done since before surgery.

Squats
135x 20
225x 15
275x 10 for 4 sets.

Leg press
ALOT of weight idk lol lots of plates for 4 sets of 15

Leg extensions
5 sets of 20.


NOW THIS IS WHERE IT GOT REAL

Circuit of Leg raises, Lunges, Farmers walks and lower back hyperextensions

walking lunges with 45 lbs Dbells across the gym
From the last rep of the Lung, Go into a farmers walk 1/8 mile ---- with the 45's... thrusting with your calfs off the ground.
Drop the weight knock out 15 legs raises then 20 hyperextensions...

Did this 5 times!!!!

it was ****ing brutal. my legs were shaking so bad toward the end of the lift I had to sit down for 15 minutes before I could walk back home.

Haha I always plan for my workout to be that intense but by the time I finish squats I say eff it hit some rdls and leave
 
Yup, when your in that zone man you don't think about the day after, or the day after that when their REALLY broke off, you just do it. but that's how you get tree trunks for legs.

Ya Trest my phone keeps auto correcting that word And for sure you could run it with halo. But You will also need to have an AI on hand during any trest cycle due to the fact that it aromatizes

Cool, Well I was planning on getting some formastane topical, the cheapest I can find to have on hand, that would be cool right? I got the novaldex in case it got really bad that would work if worse came to worse right?
