First cycle ever Hdrol with pics

No mostly excited do this game my friend. Not a big Cowboys fan but I'll be watching them play the Eagles for sure

I wonder why jhobbs got banned. Anyone know? He seemed all nice and willing to learn. He kept saying he feels blessed to be learning from people on the forums and stuff.

Wholly heck that sounds delicious, i am on a pension and work out in my garage with dumbbell's followed by canned fish and steamed vegetables, i got my nano tren on - 50% intro offer, today is its 4 th day of feeding i hope it builds on fish beans and vegetables ha ha, just don't go posting about roast pork now will ya
 
Holidays actually mess up my dieting and often times the workout itself! Wish I could skip them sometimes. Or just have them when I want, off cycle and on a rest day. LOL

don't worry dude. They majority of my bulking was done with sandwiches, rice, fish, cereal before bed, lots of milk, and no supplements at all. I'd say 40lbs were gained like that.

Of course I was in a calorie surplus though. Most days I wouldn't even get near 1g of protein per pound of body weight. But I had to bee in about a 200-400 calorie surplus each day no matter what!

Day 5 @ 60 mg nano tren is now over, i have hardened and leaned out considerably with improved definition, the scales showing plus 2 lbs, i was very tempted to throw Epi 2a 3a @ 30 mg / day into the mix and i did actually drop 10 mg at dinner time because in my mind the N-T was going slow however now that i think about it rationally it looks as if the N-T is firing up ok

I would personally add epi to the mix! And that sounds great man. Yeah that's pretty fast but I think epi is the perfect addition
 
Update Still sitting at 197 maybe 198lbs.
I do feel i gained some fat over thanksgiving obviously. But Overall I feel normal. I feel not shut down at all. But maybe a little estrogenic sides because I feel like me Exemestane is underosed. I just ordered some Eliminate by OL. Becuase oral arimistane seems to have stronger effects on me than transdermal formestane. So i think 100mg of arimistane should be good enough for estro control. And ill have enough to run a few weeks past the end of my SERM.

looking forward to see how pct goes. I think everything will go smooth for you. You'll probably keep almost all your gains in you drive hard in pct. Any ideas for your next cycle? I would recommend osta research chemical. I'm on week 5 and I do feel the full effects. Even after slacking off a little during weeks 3, 4, and 5 I am up a total of 5 lbs, 2 of those lbs. were in one week (week 4.5 - week 5.5), strength is very noticeable now! I did bump it up to 30mg at the beginning of week 5. I feel almost no signs of shutdown besides my craving for sex is down a little. Still get strong morning wood and can still be intimate with my girl several times a day no problem. I'd highly recommend osta to you! Almost no sides, although I can tell I'm glad I dose adex eod and take powerfull (velvet bean) to stop prolactin. Before I was taking the velvet bean my nipples were feeling a little puffy, so I know this stuff does mess with estrogen and prolactin levels. But since I been on the velvet bean I see or feel nothing in the nipples at all. Could probably get inhibit-p to be safe. But I had an old bottle of powerfull by usp laying around.

yeah I guarantee you'll like osta. The only experience I have with PH and AAS is my good friend ran a cycle of superdrol 10/20/30 back in 2009. He gained like 14 lbs. or something I forget exactly. He kept most of it but used Clomid and Diesel Test Hardcore for PCT. The strength gain he experienced total is equal to my strength gain. Except I've only gained 5 lbs so far in 5 weeks. I feel almost no shutdown where he could barely stay erect when being intimate with his girl and he had problems climaxing. I on the other hand function completely normally when it comes to sex. I just desire it a little bit less than usual.

So basically what I'm getting at is I think I like my osta cycle is better than his superdrol cycle. Plus I still have 1 week to go and I've already smashed every PR that I got. This week I'll test exactly how much I improved in the bench press and deadlift and thats a wrap. My PCT will have to be smooth and I think I'll keep everything because I am also using Clomid and products similar to DTH with the addition of DAA. Also I'm barely shut down, pct shouldn't be bad. I very highly recommend Osta. I used 25/25/25/25/30/30. Right when I hit 30mg/day my strength went through the roof.

This other guy I barely knew ran an Hdrol cycle back in 2009. He gained 6lbs total. Not much strength gain. He used nolva and Activate for pct and lost 3lbs of his gains by the end of PCT. With those type of results over a 2.5 month period he might as well have ran xfactor and HMB for 2 months and would have probably gained more weight than that. Keep in mind these guys are about 5'9" and 175lbs. (barely out of the noob gains zone) Weight is not too hard to gain at that point. I gained 4 lbs a month for like my whole first year of lifting. Maybe about 2 or 3lbs a month towards the end of the year, but regardless, if you have good training and a good diet you'll gain for sure if your not too far past noob gains.

I think you will love osta.

Yeah point taken I am at 200lbs this morning actually. I feel huge and I would be bummed of i only gained six lbs and lost three. I'm up probably 10lbs. Right now
 
Damm yall. Looking at my day 1 photos to 7 weeks later is crazy to me.
I'm up ten lbs, not much fatter and definitely got a lot more lean mass and strength

Sure is a potent brew you been on width them dynamic results, reminds me of my DMZ cycle last July where i gained ten lbs and had no idea what PCT was however i was lucky to have retained the lean weight also good libido,
there was one day mid cycle woke up with tender nips for the day so just took 1/2 Estro Strike cap one time and problem solved, after the cycle i just applied 1/2 ml Formeron for a few days and this hardened me up like a piece of beef jerky,

now on my current nano tren + Epi 2a 3a +Test E cycle i may consider stocking in some Lean Xtreme add to PCT,

Excited to get back to the gym tonight. I have been doing mostly home workouts while visiting my parents in illinois this weekend.

My wrists definitely feel better. I'll probably hold off on the heavy presses for another week to be safe though

I have one really crook wrist from 50 years of laboring mining and quarry drilling work, and for the last year i have been wrapping it before workouts with a Bio Magnetic velcro wrap, my missus had found it and given me, i really did not think it was going to do anything however i was dead wrong as now the wrist is holding out better than ever

I'm going to look into that right now. Im competing in a few months in powerlifting and the wrist literally make or break my lifts.

Mine is the same as this one, i put a thumb into the end loop and wrap it fairly tight it does not get in the way of anything, and since i have been using it for workouts my wrist pain has diminished considerably at all times, > Invalid Link Removed
 
So in about 5 weeks im going to get some blood work and tell yall the results. I'm sure my test levels are fine because honestly i feel great going into the second week of pct. Strength is about the same. Give or take a rep on bench and squat..

That will determine when I can start my stenabol cycle
