First cycle ever Hdrol with pics

****ing blasted quads. 4 sets of 15 on squat

4 sets of 15 in leg press

Super set curls and extension
20
Reps for 5 sets

Calf raises and walking lunges across the gym with 50's

Five sets. ****kng threw up in the trash can today so success.

Then after I puked i blasted abs in a circuit
Slant board crunches 20 and 15 leg raises
Then oblique crunches both side with a 1 minute 39 sex an bridge
 
I used 225 on squat and then 6 plates each side on leg press. I could barely walk on the way back..
. I had fjucking veins ripping out of my quads and calfs

So quick question. I replaced the forma with some exemestane i just ordered for the rebound phase: this is the PCT line up

Nolva- 20/20/10/10/0/0
XPCT- 4/3/2/2/0/0
DF PCT - 2/2/2/2/0/0
Lean Xtreme: 0/0/3/3/3/3till finished
Exemestane 0/0/0/0/12.5ED/12.5 EoD

Im not sure about the exemestane: because my DF PCT has 100mg of arimestane in it and i will be taking the the last two weeks of nolva too.
Dont you think its too much to take Aromasin 12.5mg AND 100mg of arimestane in the same day for two weeks????
 
Sitting outside of class and my ex of about 5 weeks ago saw me and said damn you are getting huge.

She works at a nutrition store and competes. She use to get me supplements at cost which is like 45 percent off and I'm pretty sure that is the thing I missed most abut here Hahahahaha

It happens. I almost made that mistake but than I realized my ex is bat **** crazy lol

She break up with you too? My ex broke up with me and I feel like she realized what she gave up, so she got jellyyyyyy when she found out I was dating someone else.
