First cycle ever Hdrol with pics

Shoulders and back should be interesting today... Just worked a nine hour shift tired as all hell Cuz I had trouble sleeping last night
 
McCrew530 , I bought xgels and Anabeta Elite (1 bottle each). Going to stack them starting my first week of PCT following a 6 week ostarine cycle. How do you suggest we dose it?

For ARA take 1gram pre-workout and with ABE take it as directed I took Mine with my first big meal and my last. You should love that stack bro let me find a link to the log I kept when running it last year so you can get an idea what to expect.

Run strength and Abe in pct I liked derma strength.

Hah yeah.. That is the benefit and curse of working for a ph based company, most of them have a good lineup, but not a lot of natty stuff like creatine, support, etc. I can only cycle so much!

Lol true true but Ironflex has a great preworkout that has that covered and for everything else orbit has the hookup
 
That was probably the best workout I have had all cycle... How do I make this last longer?!!?!?!? :((((
Oh man yeah it sucks but you'll see that pct has it's positives also. A test booster and you're running Str3ngth right? That's a nice little boost right there.
 
treat pct like you can still make progress. shoot, you may be boosting your test above baseline towards the middle or end of your pct for all you know. SERMs and herbal test boosters can be quite a powerful combo.

I have used a few and at the moment using two that are working very well together for me ie EndoSurge Turbo and Mass HGH

I have been using Follidrone and the EndoSurge Turbo a feel good combo with the follidrone giving me brilliant endurance during any physical activities and increasing my w/o reps out of sight especially for abs,

All was going good although no morning wood and maintaining even weight then a few days ago i added in Mass HGH and bingo the morning wood awakens and also now weight gain is evident and improved definition so i recon the Mass HGH is a goer 4 me, another thing these M HGH caps are packed full of product and not just 1/2 full like some others
 
Ya know before I did my first cycle I used the gimmicky deer antler spray super high dose because one bottle costs like 6$ of you get three

I loved it because it had arginine and trib in it and I could DEF feel that raising my testosterone levels
 
think I'm going to add that subinguil trib and longjack into the pct. It's super cheap and I know I know 100% it works from experience

Okay so this is what I decided to do with my supplements that I had

I decided to save my anabeta and str3ngth to begin running after my PCT through my winter break. That way I can get a anabolic feeling during the month I have off from school.

Just going to finish my cycle on Sunday as planned then begin running running nolva that Monday.

I got consistently stronger during pct, so don't let that put you down that you won't be able to gain.
Thanks man needed to hear that. I just have it stuck in my head that I'm not gonna gain and I need to make the most of this cycle and extend it with a 11 oxo or Xi Kt bridge
 
It won't be as easy, so proper training and nutrition is even more important off cycle. Still. Went from leg pressing 500lbs 10 times to 1000lbs 10times during pct.

I just benched 335 for the first time ever at 9% body fat and 197lbs. It better stay that high hahaha jk. But I train like a caged pissed off gorilla
 
All my lifts have stayed where they were and most have improved. I'm not benching no 335 though haha, I can feel my main lifts have improved but I haven't maxed out recently.
 
I hate it because I'm super strong for my size from powerlifting and athletics but I have mass but not as much as others that are as strong if not weaker
 
Not even sure what you were saying lol. You think you have less mass than someone that is as strong as you or weaker? That could just be because of programming.

Yeah I have really dense long muscles. I'm really strong but have longer limbs than most. So I am stronger than most people who have more mass
 
The only reason I lost strength after my previous cycle (epi/tren) was because I went to volume training. But I have gotten it all back with this cycle and then some. Like I said, the only one that isn't quite where it was is Flat Bench. Just keep lifting heavy and it's not going anywhere.
 
Also, you're probably going to like the way you look in PCT. Yes, you lose a little fullness, but you make up for it in shreddedness. People always say you lose vascularity, but I never do because any water and glycogen retention goes away also.

I'm smaller than you and about as strong as you... Does this make me a god???? Lol. I'm pretty sure there is guys that weigh 170-180 that deadlift like 700lbs. It is about programming, diet, and of course genetics, but hard work and maybe some juice can beat genetics at times.

I use to box at 165lbs
 
My best squat ever was at a regional power lifting meet, raw no knee wraps 405... Dead lift 525 no wraps.... And a 275 bench ... That was my best combined number No vest on bench either
 
Son of a furking bitch. I took nolva yesterday and have the weirdest hot flashes. its cold as **** and i come to class covered in sweat.
