Yeah man I am crazy vascular usually in my chest and shoulders. Like i get spider webs of veins that go through my chest when doing high volume presses.
but Yeah i was 4% bodyfat before the summer but i had a big beer belly a few months ago because i was basically being an alcoholic during summer but quit drinking and have been fighting away the fat since.
 
yeah. the liver metabolizes alcohol like its an emergency. Since alcohol and fat are metabolized through similar pathways, metabolizing fat it put on the back burner and often gets stored while the body is busy metabolizing the fat. Hence the fatty liver, extra body fat, and especially visceral fat.

Are embarrassing enough. But I didn't really explain my story too well.

I got pretty chubby throughout the recovery process from a mix of depression and limiting factors. but I lost most of the fat I gained during that 8 month recovery and decided to run a cycle and its been going well. but just the stomach fat i got from the alcohol and bad food is being a BITCH on my belly

Alright I'm a little concerned about my pct atm. I have nolva and half a bottle of formabolic Then I also have oral daa and natural anti estrogen supplement I was planning this

Nolva 20/20/10/10/0/0 I may pick up another bottle just incase

Pct xtreme 4/3/2/2/0/0 which is weird but that's what the directions say

Formabolic 0/0/2/2/2/2 pumps so 50mgsED Cycle support of course

What else should I do to tweak this in your guys opinion ? It would be cheaper to pick up some liquid exemstane than to buy another bottle of
Formabolic.

I think I might buy finaflex revolution pct black and pure test combo for 25$ and take it instead of the xtreme pct

I know my current pct is a good basic foundation but I want maximal gain retention
 
Remember, all these things are trying to return you to your natural test and estro production safely and without any issues. How you keep your gains is your diet and your regime while proper pct. Clomid on a halo cycle is overkill. You won't need another bottle of nolva on 20/20/10/10. I didn't use half of mine with that. Also, halo isn't necessary to taper off from what I hear. Stick to 100 until you're done and then begin pct. If you run out of forma and you need more, go buy more.
 
Forma is suppressive. Could add in some sns reduce xt to reduce cortisol levels as that can be a factor that most overlook and actually can help preserve muscle mass. The current setup is fine. Keep the calories up to maintain weight and keep on pushing in the gym, refuse to get smaller.

Where's the chub bro? Only water if anything. I would say keep it at 100 and reap the gains and continue to eat with that dose. Anything you gain fat wise (which is next to nothing) will fall off with a slight deficit by adding as much LBM as you can while on cycle. Plus adding back in the AI during PCT will help flush the water.
 
Agree with ABE, Reduce XT to reduce cortisol at end if PCT. Exemestane is my favorite AI. Boosts test production, raises LH production as well. And really dries me up when I need it to.
 
So would you say switch from forma to exemstane.. And yeah I think I'm going to to get revelation black pct that had arimistane in it and take the DAA that comes free with it along with my xtreme pct

I personally would yes. I will say though that I have never used form. But obviously done a lot of reading. And the conversion of formestane into hydroxytestosterone can still further suppress. You'll get arguments on both sides of this coin. But exemestane's natural test production increase is reason enough for me to choose it easily over form in PCT.

Same protocol as the form? And what's dosing like?

On 4th week you can taper it further to 12.5mg e3d. I start it on last week of SERM. And since you may still be using something with Arimistane in it at that time 12.5mg is enough.
 
Ugh well I'm going to have to try and decide soon. I like magmatest because it has cortisol support and such and trib and long jack. But it has oral forma as the anti estrogen. So I was thinking about get revolution pct and just running it as the 2 pills a day dose which is pretty low

What's too much DAA

I would say over 6g/day is too much. I run 4-6g/day
 
Bro your original PCT lay out is fine 50mg of Form is fine in pct use DAA at 3 grams a day for 6 weeks 20/20/10/10 is fine on the nolva. I read some where about DAA being Nero Toxic when taken at too high of a dose.
 
Also if you are going to run a few days short I would drop down to 75mg for the last few days to extend the cycle, but thats just me

This is my conclusion on my pct. I am still gonna use formabic as my pct

I'm going to run the DAA in the xtreme pct 4/3/2/2

But I think I'm going to pick up the Olympus super pct that has trib and run that too

Or dynamic formulas after cycle pct which has trib in it.

The pct xtreme doesn't have any hormonal AIs and just DAA so I don't see a problem with using them both
 
I honestly think the PCT xtreme and Dynamic Formula PCT will work perfect together.
DF PCT has arimestane and trib and longjack
Xtreme PCT has DAA, ZMA, Trans-REsveratrol in it.

What do you think guys? Its not biggie, its 25$ and i will get it instead of buying exemstane. Run it like

DF PCT 2/2/2/2/0/0
Xtreme PCT 4/3/2/2/0/0
Nolva 20/20/10/10/0/0
Forma 0/0/50/50/50/50

and if yall agree with this then this is the final verdict.
 
I personally think you will have all bases covered with that. And you will probably bounce back super quick. My friend did something like that and he said after a week his balls were huge, had better that before cycle boners, and assumed he was fully recovered already.
 
So today I did shoulders legs and back... Because I can't lift again until Thursday... And holy **** I'm dying.

-Seated dbell press
80s set of ten. Then a set of 8 then 7 then 6.
( ten in my PR. Best before that was six)

-lateral raises super set with front raises
20's for 15 lateral then 15 front for five sets

-one arm rack rows
No wraps
90's for for fifteen each arm for 4 sets

-t bar cables
160 for ten then. down one notch and plus two reps for 6 sets

- then super set of back and shoulder ( rear delts for five sets)

-leg presses
Heavy for 5 sets of fifteen XD

- leg extensions
5 sets of eighteen

- calf raises
10 sets of 20

- leg raises
5 sets of 20

-slant board
4 sets of 18

dammit Im so wishy washy. Well Im either getting just the OL sup3r pct or the Dynamic formulas PCT and reduce xt. i have to decide soon though.

You have done it good, the self taken photos rarely do justice in displaying the detail that shows in real life, i know how hard it is to obtain a realistic pic so kudos to you bro, relax and it will all work out just fine because of your dedication and with the advice of great forum members

My only question is do yall think prolactin will be a problem in the PCT. if so then im going to get sup3r PCT. if you dont think it will be a problem then ill stick with the DF PCT

Bro, it's HALO. Calm down! Lol no man halo does not cause prolactin issues. All that ish your taking pct is totally up to you, but unneeded. I just used a SERM and an oct test booster/estro suppressant that also had the bp and liver care in it. That's all you need. You won't need DAA or reduce xt. Will it help? Can you take it? Ya. But again, it's only halodrol. This is a very, very mild compound. You don't need Clomid and all this other stuff you keep asking about.

Sorry about my rant. You just seem to be worrying yourself about something that you clearly didn't do enough research about before you ran it. For example, you should know it doesn't cause prolactin issues. Just my $0.02. Take it or leave it.

PS: good halo run. Gained strength and size for sure. Did you experience an increase in sides going to 100? More lethargic?

No, no sides at all actually. Blood pressure went down and stayed down. only thing is i sleep better on derma. And yeah i honestly thought i had enough stuff. but if you read earlier in the thread they were talking about DAA causing prolactin issues in the PCT and it psyched me out.
I do know that hdrol doesnt affect prolactin levels...
but i think im definitely going to stick to the last one i laid out.

I look the most forward to pct. That is the time that separates the boys from the men. And if you will keep those hard earned gains.
 
I was thinking about going down to 75 Tomorrow so I can have the full 6 weeks instead of 5.45 weeks just depends on how I feel tomorrow.

Dermacrine has been doing the trick with the Bp this far. We will see.

It's those don't want the gains to stop feels starting to come. Patience I know :)

So this far guys I have noticed drastic increase in leg size. I have worked so hard to make my quads the the same size again but couldn't quite get it


Being on week five my quads are about the same size which makes me so happy since the leg i tore my ACL on was SOOOOO much smaller
 
All I can say so for is that almost a
Week at 100. And it's been fricking awesome.

Hunger increase and the blood pressure is fine and lethargy has been negligible with the increase
 
Do YAll think its worth the 3 extra days to drop back down to 75 for the last week and a half ?

I mean I don't notice a huge difference between 75 and 100

I didn't notice any difference either by going to 100. I would do as suggested earlier and that's to do what you have to do to get to 6 weeks. Don't go over 6 weeks though.

I would go down and finish out the 6 weeks and take full advantage of the added protein synthesis to pack on some more mass.
