First cycle ever Hdrol with pics

So boys, first day of 100 mg. I'll let you know how it feels tomorrow.

I worked out chest today. So far biggest thing I noticed is endurance. I could do 225 for maybe 9 reps before. And I am able to get it for around 12 reps now. My max bench sits at about 305-315 still. My i out up about 285 on incline today new PR.


And my fricking bicept strength is going through the roof. I use to do just 35's for sets of twelve. Now I'm doing 45-50lbs dbells for 10 each arms

I've even using 5 pumps of dermacrine

I don't know man I'm Loving the Hdrol because I can notice some good gains in solid beef on my chest and back, and I'm getting leaner and have been eating like a sumo wrestler. And I'm up six lbs right now. I have been doing cardio about twice a week

I mean nothing ridiculous but definitely solid consistent gains every week

I ended my Halo cycle with that & it was great! I want to run it again.

Not the best back day. I kind of tweaked a muscle in my ab and I just felt semi lethargic probably because I took a huge nap before the lift

I will add that I was stronger in all my lifts still I just had no natural drive
 
Yea I started to slow down a little around then to. I busted out some extra test and kept at it. It was so worth it. Gained like 17 pounds ha ha.

I could have done a stronger test base. But i still hot two weeks of the dermacrine and 100mg of Hdrol so hopefully these are big weeks
 
Just curious as to how you are going to be spreading your 100mg of Hdrol for the duration of the big weeks

I have been doing 2 with breakfast 2 with dinner. 50 and 50. IMO that's better than Doing four separate doses. I was thinking about doing 2 at breakfast. 1 before workout (mid afternoon) and then 1 before bed with dinner
 
I've been on the dermacrine for five days and definitely have noticed an increase in the recomp.

Probably from the increase of the Hdrol dose but the dermacrine definitely is negating most of the bad side effects

That is comforting to know, i have Dermacrine to cycle with my nano tren just as soon as the weather cools off around here
 
Chest day

Dbell presses.
100's x 10. For four sets

Dbell incline presses
80's x 10 for four sets

Decline
185 x 10 for four sets

Cable upper chest flys
Five sets of fifteen

Machine chest flies
160 x 15 for five sets

Dbell curls
50's x 7 each arm
45s x 9 each arm
40s x 11 each arm
35's x 13 each arm
30s x 15 each arm

Preacher curls
90 x 15 for 5 sets

....
Chest definitely a lot stronger. In the beginning of the cycle I could maybe do 100s on flat press for four sets of six. And on incline I use to do 70s for the same reps

Biceps have huge strength gains. Before I never got above 40's

And huge vascularity increase
 
I'm going to really cut my diet down these last to weeks to strict eating and high protein. Because j want to lean up a bit more while still on cycle. I am super happy with mass gains but I have been eating so much I got a little chub gain too
 
wow 100 lb dbell press. that's truly amazing. I'm strong in the shoulders and barbell press is easier and my max barbell press is 185 which is like 92 lbs per hand
 
So guys I need some advice. I am short like 3 days or 4 day of a full six week cycle. Should I go back down to seventy five for a couple of days or just run it at 100 and end the cycle at 5.5 weeks?
 
I know I look a little bit chubby Cuz I've been eating like a tank. But these next two weeks are strict diet trying to get the six pack back.

keep in mind im usually like 100x more vascular because this is just when i woke up
