Well, that really depends on who you speak to. I like to run an AI past the SERM for a couple weeks, just to be safe. Many people do the same.

Some guys just run the SERM and taper off. I think you said you had a touch of gyno in the past so if it were me, I'd be tempted to have the ai in PCT as well. Do you have enough to run 50 mg during cycle, until your serm starts? You could even run 50mg EOD during cycle if you wanted.

In regards to PCT, you could also just run the Forma for 3 weeks or even just 2 weeks if that's all you have. Just run it out past the Serm for a couple weeks to be safe. After you get off the Nolva, you will have some extra E floating around waiting to attach to the E receptors.
 
As far as the Derma goes, I have never personally used it but most guys seem to start at 2 or 3 pumps ED. For mild Lethargy or for just an energy boost, it should be fine. You can always bump up after a week or so if you feel the need.

Okay i think im just going to stick with the forma for 2 pumps everyday until the end of my cycle. And just pick another bottle of formabolic up and run it a couple weeks follow the end of my PCT

Just curious, but why...? You're just running halodrol solo correct? Halo doesn't aromatize. No need for an aromatase inhibitor.
 
DHEA does aromatize, but bps dermacrine has a built in AI. You could also toss in some sns reduce xt, to battle cortisol during pct as to preserve muscle mass and not to gain unwanted fat.

So then what would be the point in running an AI? Trying to understand... Where I sit, it seems like overkill. Not to mention, formastane gets expensive.

There's probably no need for Formestane in this entire cycle, even after adding Dermacrine, more than 100mg EOD. He is overkilling it with the form. But that's totally on him if he wants to be super dry. It's not killing any excess of estrogen. It's more or less working like a diuretic. Wasting money and product IN MY OPINION. Low dose Form eod tops. But definitely should use it after SERM in PCT, that is when estrogen will rise..."rebound".
 
I'm going to stop using the forma and save the rest for pct. 100mg the last two weeks of SERM and 2 weeks at 100 by itself ?
 
Yeah it's expensive got kind of carried with it because I like the dryness but I have more than half a bottle left which should be good for pct.

I like to stay dry myself. I'm running DMZ and Dermacrine right now and using Arimistane at 50mg every 3rd day and that's plenty. Was using it everyday which was unnecessary since DMZ doesn't aromatise either. Feel like I look bigger since I cut it back. And not puffy bigger, just bigger. I have Exemestane for my AI after SERM in PCT.
 
Honestly I will probably not use any forma until the end of the pct because I would have to buy another bottle and if it's not necessary I don't want to do it. But if I have to i have to.

But I am interested to hear your DMZ results. I wish j considered that one seek that it's a shorter sweeter cycle from what I've read. But I'm in no rush. Maybe consider that next time. Definitely enjoying my first time on cycle and YAll have been a greet help

That's what I thought... I should have run forma pct like you're saying because I did experience a bit of rebound. I know for next time. Thanks for the info.

Trying to decide when to bump it up to 100mg. This is mid week four. I have enough for two weeks from tomorrow at 100mg or I can just take the seventy five for a couple more days then bump it up

Only you can decide that. If you feel good, bump it up! Two weeks at 100mg is a great way to end a Halo cycle. Just make sure you are consuming lots of water and veggies. Don't forget veggies on your cycle! ;)

Just finished a 6 wk halo cycle and started to notice some joint pain in the last two weeks. Are you taking anything to help with that? It can be limiting if it gets bad...I took cissus and lots of fish oils and it seemed to help a lot.
 
So guys, updates this far: I am mid week four and size gains so far have been good and strength has been great. My Cycle has changed drastically from the start. Should have planned better but flexibility is the beauty of life


Cycle went from 50/75/75/75/75 To 50/75/75/75/100/100 Also added dermacrine to it.

Happy with my hardcore labs Hdrol. I definitely recommend using dermacrine with Hdrol for anyone because I noticed an immediate Change in lethargy and mood lift.

Only negative sides I have had this far are dry joints and a little back acne. Nothing bad. Blood pressure was pretty bad for a few days but went right down. No hair thinning but I have been using nizoral once a week just because I'm prone to MPB.

Super excited to run the next 2.5 weeks and run the 100 for the last two weeks. Pct is still nolva and DAA for four weeks then forma last two weeks of the nolva and two weeks by itself to prevent rebound. Cheers
 
congratulations overall a superb effort, and wow those squats will give you the leg muscles of a bull elephant before long, i am even considering a cycle myself probably be Nano Tren by Assult Nano series, Ok best of luck and also with your PCT stay big

whats your take on epistane? why didn't you chose to run it for a first cycle? or tren for that matter?

I was going to do the tren, but in all honesty I have had an urge to run hdrol for awhile. I Decided to save the tren for a run after I already had a notch on my belt. Epistane just didnt seem as appealing to me but it may have given me around the same results. But I am happy I at least chose hdrol for my first run.

im not to sure. I heard epistane and hdrol were good first cycles. I heard they yield around the same weight gain but epi is known as the gyno killer, its an anti estrogen, and supposedly helps you get leaner and hard looking. I think I may run epi for my first cycle of PHs. I have the most miniscule amount of gyno from when I went through puberty so I think that's why it is appealing to me.

If you read earlier in my cycle, I have a little bit of puberty gyno and I'm super sensitive. But I had no real issues with gyno even when adding the dermacrine. Formestane will definitely kill any chance of getting gyno from at least epi and halo IMO . Like the guess said before me 2 pumps every other day and it's working better.

In the beginning of my cycle I took a dose of nolva and was using four pumps a day of forma at it even shrank my gyno smaller from puberty

You should like it at 100. I probably shouldn't say this, but I ran it at 100 for 7 weeks years back, from day 1, and was totally fine. Ran proper support though and I'm also over 200#.

Hdrol is essentially like Tbol. I wouldn't say it's the best for bulking, better for recomping. Tbol is almost always used on a cut/recomp because it has great recomping effects. I'd save stuff like DMZ / SD / Drol for a bulk. Epi is a lot like Hdrol in it's effects, great for recomping. I personally found Epi to have more sides for me though. Cramping, low E2, joints, short temper on higher doses after E2 is crushed, and balls really hurt on it for some reason. Didn't feel quite mild shutdown wise, although the gains were mild. Most people find Epi to be fairly mild on sides however. Both Epi & Hdrol will dry you out. I've gotten both harder, leaner, bigger and striated on both (with the proper diet), with Hdrol having a greater effect I found.
