Ok so I finally decided to take the plunge.
First some background.
32 years old. Over the last 3years I have lost 120 pounds. I've maintained my current weight of 170 for at least 1 year. Even through the holiday season !
I've been doing a lot of reading and decided Epi is what I want to help me along the last little bit.
Body fat is currently right around 13%
I train in Mma 3 nights a week for 90-120 minutes each time.
My goal is to get cut and research has shown that Epi is amazing while cutting. Trying to keep my weight more or less where it's at so I won't have to cut weight anymore.
So here's what I have and what's coming in.
Epi. Thinking 20/30/40/40 (is that good for a first timer ?)
My support supps are cycle support,fish oil, super cissus, orange triad.
For pct I have formestane (is that ok?)
Also coming in I have 6-bromo and titanium xl.
Is there anything here that I am missing ?
Should I take anything away ?
Just want to make sure I do things right and don't end up with permanent issues.
I can finally see my dick and want to keep it working.
My diet will consist of mainly solid foods (some shakes when time is of the essence)
Also have bcaa to sip during workouts or through the day.
Going to try and keep proteins high with moderate fats and carbs pre/post workouts.
Maybe I'll even take some before and after photos. Would love to see if this can get me that flat stomach or the ever elusive abs.
