First cycle ever 1 andro 4 ad question

Hey guys just started 1-andro three days ago I will be adding 4-ad on day 8
today I woke up "happy"
For me this is irregular because I suffer from Anxiety and normally I wake disgruntled
now it has me thinking,
For every high there is a low so my question is when I finish this cycle
Should I expect some type of depression?

I do have pct and am told it will counter any sides,, also I'm reading people say
Take creatine with pct I'm taking creatine through whole cycle, any problem with that??

Pct will not help combat on cycle sides. The 4-ad should help combat lethargy. Creatine is fine both on and off cycle.

What are your stats and what pct do you have lined up?

Right now I feel great,
I was asking about when the cycle is done.
I'm 5 11 198 14%
I have rx pct but not gonna use them for this cycle as its a "mild" cycle.
So otc pct w/daa is what I'll use.

The "post-cycle depression" is really your natural testosterone being shutdown. If your PCT is solid, you will bounce back quickly. I always suggest using a SERM.
 
Yep serm and BLR's viron would be some good options during pct. You could even through in reduce xt as well. there are many options.

If you're going the OTC route don't just rely on a test booster with DAA. Viron as suggested earlier is an awesome natty test booster. You could stack that with Rebirth which has estrogen modulating properties much like a SERM. Great Pct combo.
 
I actually have Blr rebirth, pro lab horney goat weed, and ai sports daa for pct.
Will the goat weed act the same as viron? Should I take out the daa?
Also should I be using daa now through the cycle?

No, the DAA at 3 g is fine. Wait till pct to use it. Viron would be much more effective than HGW.
 
Hey guys. I'm 6 days in 1-andro, did arms today and I feel really sluggish/unmotivated
Mild anxiety. Is this lethargy? I'm going to add 4-ad tomorrow that should help right?
 
Sounds like it, but I don't know how long it usually takes to kick in - I never took 1-Andro solo. Could be a one off.

I don't know what you are running it at and everyone is different but yes, this is a mild cycle.. but this shut me down pretty good. I was originally going to use rebirth as well but due to that I chose to go with nolva.

Just something to keep in mind and good luck on your cycle!
 
Hey guys I stopped taking the 1-andro it made me too lethargic. I only took 200mg
for 7days I couldn't sleep well at all last night. I took daa this morn will it be ok to only take daa since I only ran for 6.5 days??

This could have been avoided if you implemented a testosterone base.
