First cycle, be honest (i'm a marine i can take it)

does anyone want me to supply measurements and/or training log for this workout?....if so let me know... i am willing if it helps. cuz if i can get to the point beelz okay's me for gear it might be usefull to see how i got there lol....

yes, measurements would be great actually. just be consistent with where you measure and at that specific time of day each time.
 
school started this week.. and i cam down with a nasty little flu so my training and diet got all out of wack... i will get back on track monday and should have infor up by the end of business that day......

ps... lost a good friend from complications in surgery from an injury over in the sandbox, he was a good friend and a damn good Marine.... semper fi devil, semperfi
