First Cycle back after Appendectomy!! Need advice!

So little back story here... I had a appendectomy.. which put me out of the gym for a little over 2 months, I gained fat and lost weight. It was a nightmare.. I'm down from a lean 165lbs to a soft 153. It's horrible. My regiment was martin berkhan styled leangains 3x week split with cycling my macros on the days with intermittent fasting. It worked really well for me, as I was cutting. Tried to upload a pic of were I was at but don't know how to re-size.

Essentially I'm starting over like from a year ago and need to catch up. I would like to just run Test, but my girlfriend would heavily oppose. So I'm looking into Osta-Shred and something like Anafuse to help speed up my recovery to get back to where I was. Should I cut or bulk? I feel like I have so much fat right now that I should cut. I can only see my top 4 abs..

So any recommendations would help tremendously. On what to take, and if I should up my volume to 3days on 1 off and repeat and just condense everything. And if I should bulk or get rid of this bit of fat first.

Uhhh- why not let your girlfriend even get the slightest thought you are on? Problem solved, run Test. Wouldn't even bother with Osta if you have access to better goodies.
 
Ive been in a similar circumstance and loosing that much mass sucks....Osta is just going to be a tease IMO. Grab M-Sten and gain 15 lbs in 4 weeks.
 
Good to know, looks solid. Looks like I'd need an anti e to run with it, which is fine, rather be safe then have gyno
 
It's the only PH I've never ran- plenty of people here have, see if they needed an AI. - I thought it was similar to SD which I've never had problems with puffy nips on that or DMZ.
 
True that, been a long time since i've ran any prohormone products. Seems like all I can find is DMZ 3.0 or 2.0 this look solid? What are those compounds?

If you know how to train and eat correctly, you should retain at least 75% I'd say. DMZ 2.0 is good, its M-sten and DMZ. DMZ is probably the best PH I have ever ran.
 
I'd definitely be eating at a surplus while on, hoping it would keep me somewhat lean. Think I should up my volume from mon-wed-friday to 1-2-3 off 1-2-3 off to get the most out of it? I've never tried condensing my routine like that but as I have it, each week is always a gain in strength if not by 5-10lbs then by atleast a single rep. Hoping if I condense it, I would retain the consistent growth in numbers

Probably will also run Torem during as I can be somewhat gyno prone.

PCT: Torem or Nolva and HCGenerate for 4-6weeks

You could run either or, 3.0 would obviously add more mass but more strain on your body. You need LGI Damage Control for support supplements- no way around that on a compound like this... You need the Tudca for liver support. I train 3 days a week while on cycle- one day extra for abs only. Assuming you have no high BP- LGI Damage Control should be enough.
 
DAA and Rehab for pct? And LGI for on cycle support I'm assuming combined with Tudca ( Unfamiliar with this )

Would the DAA be necessary if im running something like HCGenreate?
 
I would go with the Test myself. But DMZ is good.
Also, my 2 cents, I would go natural for a little bit and make as much gains as I could that way. Then do the test or the PH. Maximize your use of it.
 
Okay so for future use this is what I'll do.

DMZ 3.0 / 1-4wks
Advanced Cycle Support Ironmag / 1-4wks

PCT:
Daa- 3000mg 4-8wks
3-AD PCT 4-8Wks
Nolva or Torem 4-8wks
 
I figured since It's my first time back after a while, I might want to just try the 4wk as a dip in the water, I guess I can always order more in my third week and push it further.

I'm going to keep my same 3 day split, but condense it down to 3 on 1 off and alternate between my strength rep ranges, and my hypertrophy ranges every other 3. Also on the Hypertrophy 3 days I'll implement some isolation work in there as well.

TUDCA is the reference liver support. It's even used in professional healthcare settings to treat choleostasis.
