first cycle and suggestions

Just be cautious... Dropping weight in pct is losing muscle usually. Especially after a cutting cycle. You shouldn't have had much if any water to lose but some of that weight will be the glycogen that you can't sustain without anabolics.

Apart from the water thing I am feeling great and this is a huge plus!!! ;)
 
So far so good guys, I'm still here, pct is going good and I still have my strength, I had a call from the GP they wanna test something with the insuline hormone or HG something I didn't really get it as I was sleeping hahah anyway and based on the latest blood test they wanna check also HDL LDL good :)

I'll keep you posted, it was really hard following my macros these days during Xmas, I had some sweets but all good ;)

so i hope everybody is doing really well after the xmas/ny festivities!

i just wanted to let you guys know i am stil lalive, PCT is going well, i lost some of the strength to be honest but gains are still there, this is my 4th week, libido is still down but test is up, at least i think so as i really feel great!, my tests are again BIG as before ahahah and i do have energy all day and positive mood!

i have been eating a bit... lets say not clean as before but i have not been drinking and i am still on 70kg, the fat % went up a bit, i am on 8.5% but believe me please, i ate like a pig for 10 days :) been training of course and i can still see my abs, well, i can see them really clearly so its ok but i got some water due to eating like explained above :)

from this week on i will be back stick to dieting hard and my macros and i will be find by 7/10 days i guess, where with "fine" i meant ripped as fu*** ahahahha

next week on the 14th my endocrinologist will run another blood test on me and i will have also my LDL and HDL checked.

thanks to all of you who are still following this thread, appreciated, hope this would be helpful to any of you who wants to try anavar, my personal suggestion so far is to no go over 100mg a day and no more than 8 weeks :), proviron was useless... if you can, add some test too :)

today i had my blood tests

IGF-1
LDL
HDL

the above tests will be ready in roughly 1 week, after that the endocrinologist will decide which one and if i need to do more :)

now, according to what i have found on internet, the IGF-1 will tell me if i have any deficiency in GH production or similar, can anyone elaborate and maybe explain to me why this was tested? the tests i done today are consequences of the tests i posted some time ago, based on that, the doctor prescribed the three above.

how the PCT is going?

strength still there, i found myself doing same weight as i was on cycle often, not all the time but often.
on Wed it will be my 4th week so i should stop nolvadex at 40mg and start at 20mg
libido is "there" not often but its there
test is defenetly back, i can tell by my balls and also based on the fact that i am feeling like the alpha male

i lost 1,8 kg till now, but i am leaner than before so i assume/hope this is just water

one thing i have noticed, comparing to "before the cycle" i am more hungry than before, a lot! and i found myself craving for carbs/sugar, i am stick to the diet now especially after my gfriend came over for xmas lol (added some special foods to the diet i had to!) but i am hungry all the time so if you have any explanation for this and can suggest something i would really appreciate.

supplementation is going ok.

one thing i did was taking the wrong dose of nolva last Monday and yesterday, thinking that i started exactly 4 weeks ago, but actually 4 weeks will be today, so, question --> do i have to do 2 more days at 40mg and then come back to 20mg? or should i stay on 20mg now?

do you also have any suggestion regarding what would be the best workout schedule i could do now to keep my gains? atm im doing 4x sets of 8-10 rep each exercise.

The igf test is probably just because your first one showed the hormone disaster ha. Just looking at the rest to see if they're as bad (they shouldn't be though).

Some of the weight lost is just glycogen. When you're on cycle the amount of glycogen you can store is far greater then normal so once you get off you will always lose a little weight as things go back to standard levels.

As far as the hunger/cravings I would think this is just a natural byproduct of dieting for as long as you have. Your body is trying to tell you to stop being so lean as it thinks it's unnatural (and it kind of is ha). There's nothing you can really do about it outside of trying some of the appetite suppressing supplements. Something that might help though would be to have a cheat meal once a week or so (could be a little less often like every 10days) to help keep your body thinking it's getting plenty of food and keep your hormone levels up for the ones that regulate fat loss and hunger (leptin/ghrelin).

Don't worry about the 1-2days of lower dosing. It's not that big of a deal in the scheme of the whole pct. Just get back on your planned doses now.

Keep workouts same as on cycle. No reason to change and you want to make sure you keep stimulating that new muscle until it matures and stays.

You doing four weeks at 40? I usually do 40, 40, 20, 20, 20, 10, 10 but i also did 10mg of osta for 4 weeks just before pct

I would just run the 20mg. If youre worried just add an extra week at 10 to the end

So today I've finished my nolvadex dosing and I will continue till the 18th of Feb with my PCT supplementation, then I'll start my OCT with

ABE elite new formula
Myosynergy
Myotropin
I'll change norcodrene with alphamine
I'll use enhanced as a pre wo
Forsk-95 will be always there
Erase pro new formula still on dosing of course
Alpha T2 too
Bcaa
Select proteins
Anavite
Omega 3

What you think guys about the above OCT :-D

Also I have added 50g of carbs in the morning and I'm leaner than before, so far so good, I'm keeping my gains, just lost roughly 1,5kg, fat is still floating between 5 and 7 and strength is inaxpectatedely still there lol, maybe ARA is contributing;-)

My blood work with the LDL,HDL,IGF-1 is still not ready, I'll post it when done.

Any suggestions or thought please comment :)

i guess that after 10 and a half weeks of var and 10 days of "xmas extravaganza" i can be "happy", now this were taken on the 14th of Jan, i am taking now omega3 and i will be ok i guess soon :)
 
Ok guys i got the IGF-1 results and they are:

11.9 nmol/L

The min max are:

10-32.5

So anybody knows if this is because of the cycle and what does it means having it low? I'll dig the internet in the meantime.

Btw I'll start my OCT next week and I'll log it :) I have already posted a log thread.
