Definintely not seeing any water retention there... I think its in your head ha. Big difference in shoulders as far as fullness/roundness though.

Anyway thanks, I'm pretty much happy and not to mention that my strength is up on the roof!!! Also this is the start of my 4th week and I decided to run 10 weeks from now and from this week at 100mg So i can imagine it would be great! Hopefully not lot of side effects, for now I just feel a bit too nervous and really angry some time and some time even depressed... Dunno...

welcome to hormone swings... balancing out the dosing and spreading it evenly like we talked about will help keep those swings in check by keeping blood levels stable.

yep man, doing 40mg 40mg 20mg :) as we talked :) the 20mg one its not giving me feelings.... even cause its 11pm so maybe that is the reason :) the oen in the morning its ok, the one in the afternoon (4.30pm) is spiking me up loooool, at 6.30pm when i hit the gym i want to kill somebody!

perfect ha. That's exactly how we planned it.
 
Twice a day is fine imo. 10 weeks is bad for liver. I wouldn't do more than 8. Nice work so far!

Why you saying twice is good? I mean wouldn't it be better keeping the blood level all around the 24h up? Only thing is tonight for the first time I was awake after 3h I took my dose... I came back to sleep after a protein shake I was hungry lol, so anyway why you saying that? Also I thought 10 week would give me more results, at the end of the day 2 more weeks in terms of health don't think will be so different, my liver will be a bit tired anyway, am I mistaken? Thx

It sounds like you get a lot of your calories/protein from shakes... try eating more whole foods so you're not so hungry all the time. shakes digest in like 30 sec

my shake before sleeping is basically 30g of caseins (allmax casein FX) so slow release and it should be enough for 7/8 hours.....

if i get up, i usually eat again a shake but 15g caseins and 15g isolated

i would really like to have something "solid" real food as you said but i don't really know what could be great and so tech and precise like casein before sleeping, keep in mind that i don't wanna eat lactose, so no yogurt, no greek yogurt, no cheese no cottage cheese :)

if you have any suggestions, welcome as usual!

That whole 8hr release stuff is very overrated. You don't lose all your muscle overnight.

The problem with shakes isn't that the protein is absorbed fast or slow its that the food is out of your stomach too fast. It's digested in a very short period leaving you hungry again.

The best way to slow down digestion and absorption is eating slower proteins (beef, etc) and having some fats. Fats take a long time to digest and absorb and slow down the entire meal. Try having steak and eggs or some peanut butter before bed and you'll see that it keeps you full wwaaaayyyyy longer then a casein shake.
 
Also adding some fibrous veggies will help too. Broccoli is a fav of mine.

broccoli i cannot eat it, first of all are carbs and i dont wanna eat carbs before sleeping, second of all, it is poison for me......

There are like no useable carbs in broccoli. It's mostly fiber. You can try other fibrous veggies but not eating any carbs (especially veggies) before bed is silly. Your body runs on fat in the morning (after fasting overnight) and needs energy later in the day. I actually eat most of my carbs right before bed. I know that doesn't work for everyone but veggies are a different animal and barely even count for anything. Eat veggies before bed to fill you up.

fibrous veggies. in a salad, cooked, however you like them.

and the shakes just replace them with meat and fats like I suggested above. pb is great. nuts are great. red meats are great. no fish (too fast).

and personally, I hate DAA. It gives me prolactin sides and makes me feel like crap, but thats just me. I've tried it twice in PCT and both times felt like total garbage.

That said, lots of people ALWAYS use it so take my opinion with a grain of salt.

Ill give it a try tonight, just finished my wo greaaaaaaat!!!! Feel pumped maybe too much... Going to sainsbury buying some veg and home then:)

anavar does not aromatize so we should not have any estrogen around the body

anavar will shut you down so your test will be seriously ****ed up especially at 80/100mg ed

so you will be without test

so you will have anyway some estrogen part of your normal production

and also you will have the consequences of low test which are:

sex drive
sperm production
muscle mass/strength
fat distribution
bone density

and

Lack of energy --> i dont have this at all
Depression --> i am and its getting worse
Loss of libido --> a bit
Loss of facial and body hair --> no
Changes to body composition (for example low muscle mass) --> well i have to say that i am improving but i am loosing my hardness

so based on the above and based on the fact that i am almost running out of cycle support by lecheeck nutrition, i bought ar1macare pro which is supposed to be taken during cycle and it got also an ai which should add some benefits here.

also i wanted to ask, would it be good to take some testo booster? i am not prepared to pin myself, even if i know it should be the way but i can't :(

also, if you ahve suggestions on "what kind of test" should i add please go ahead and tell me, i am about to finish this week, which was the first week 100mg, so far so good but i have some sides as above described.

i am preparing myself to run this for 6 more weeks and i wanna do it properly.

most people run oral cycles with a "test base". Obviously, straight test is the best thing to use but if not some other things that you can use (in order of strength from strongest to least):
Testosterone
Trestolone
Stano
4-AD
Dermacrine

for the tenth time... don't waste your money on a natty test booster on cycle. it wont do a thing.

yes i know ;) but this would be more like a cycle support, have a look to the ingredients :)

Haha auto correct. Injectables? Nope. Only trest is IM but they also have a transdermal and oral. All the others except dermacrine(transdermal) are orals too. All can be bought at any ph store as well so no RC's or anything.

Anyway these are all PH so, how related to testosterone? Apart from testosterone you mentioned which I didnt get if it is actually available oral, I thought it was not

There is so much research out there for this.. Just look up trestolone or ment.

I will now, what would you suggest to stack with var at 100mg ed? I'm starting my 5th week on Monday and I'll run it for 5 more weeks, looking for lean gains no water no bulk :) so far so good I just wanted to add something that would give me "back" my test as var at this dosage will soon shut me down

People say trest because it is stronger than test, it is being researched as a male contraceptive and has a higher anabolic:androgen ratio. It comes in an oil for and guy another forum was using trest for TRT to see how it would work, but ended up stopping after sometime as his liver values were starting to rise a bit too much.

Trest or dermatrest both work pretty well.

mate i have found that tr3st actually add water and/or some unwanted softness :( and that is something I DO NOT WANT lol

I'd get transform for it. If you check out cycle info there is a ton of guys that run it so you can see how they dose it

Why do you have issue with water? Did I miss something lol, I mean I like to stay dry as well, but I'm curious if you have a reason or if it is a preference.

i just hate it, i am ruining my health and i wanna be sure that this wont give me any water and/or fat, i wanna stay dry, also im a thai boxer cannot get wait in water and/or fat, that will mess up my competitions and performance
 
Well it will be water lol fat comes from how you eat mainly. Once you come off it will vanish, you could have no water bloat if you have your AI on spot and eating clean
