Also this is the start of my 4th week and I decided to run 10 weeks from now and from this week at 100mg Sono can imagine it would be great! welcome to hormone swings... balancing out the dosing and spreading it evenly like we talked about will help keep those swings in check by keeping blood levels stable.

Why you saying twice is good? I mean wouldn't it be better keeping the blood level all around the 24h up? Only thing is tonight for the first time I was awake after 3h I took my dose... I came back to sleep after a protein shake I was hungry lol, so anyway why you saying that? Also I thought 10 week would give me more results, at the end of the day 2 more weeks in terms of health don't think will be so different, my liver will be a bit tired anyway, am I mistaken? Thx
It sounds like you get a lot of your calories/protein from shakes... try eating more whole foods so you're not so hungry all the time. shakes digest in like 30 sec
my shake before sleeping is basically 30g of caseins (allmax casein FX) so slow release and it should be enough for 7/8 hours..... if i get up, i usually eat again a shake but 15g caseins and 15g isolated i would really like to have something "solid" real food as you said but i don't really know what could be great and so tech and precise like casein before sleeping, keep in mind that i don't wanna eat lactose, so no yogurt, no greek yogurt, no cheese no cottage cheeseif you have any suggestions, welcome as usual!
Also adding some fibrous veggies will help too. Broccoli is a fav of mine.

There are like no useable carbs in broccoli. It's mostly fiber. You can try other fibrous veggies but not eating any carbs (especially veggies) before bed is silly. Your body runs on fat in the morning (after fasting overnight) and needs energy later in the day. I actually eat most of my carbs right before bed. I know that doesn't work for everyone but veggies are a different animal and barely even count for anything. Eat veggies before bed to fill you up.

and personally, I hate DAA. It gives me prolactin sides and makes me feel like crap, but thats just me. I've tried it twice in PCT and both times felt like total garbage.
That said, lots of people ALWAYS use it so take my opinion with a grain of salt.

most people run oral cycles with a "test base". Obviously, straight test is the best thing to use but if not some other things that you can use (in order of strength from strongest to least):

Trestolone
Stano
4-AD
Dermacrine

Nope. Only trest is IM but they also have a transdermal and oral. All the others except dermacrine(transdermal) are orals too. All can be bought at any ph store as well so no RC's or anything.

I can't inject myself otherwise I was going to use itIf you want test use test, your natural test system won't be pumping out what you want seeing as you are on cycle. People say trest because it is stronger than test, it is being researched as a male contraceptive and has a higher anabolic:androgen ratio. It comes in an oil for and guy another forum was using trest for TRT to see how it would work, but ended up stopping after sometime as his liver values were starting to rise a bit too much.
