First Cycle Advice?

Stats:

22
5'9
200lbs
12-13% BF
345 Bench
405 squat
100's DB shoulder press for 8

Nutrition:

90/10 clean eating
Roughly 3,500 calories a day
High protein, moderate/high carb, low fat

Training:

Been lifting for 5 years. 3 years seriously
Very knowledgeable around training & nutrition. Personal trainer since 18 with multiple certs.

Cycle:

Looking to do Test E for 10-12 weeks at 500mg per week split between 2 250mg shots.

On Cycle support would consist of multi, fish oil, Apple Cider Vinegar & Creatine.

PCT would be nolva & clomid. Need to do more research on dosage & length to be honest but once I have that situated..

Thoughts?

Pre blood work for reference levels, give hcg a thought, AI on hand just INCASE.
 
Damn, op we have almost the exact same stats. But I weigh a bit over 200 and can only press 100lb dumbbells for 7 reps on shoulder press, lol
