FIRST CYCLE AAS --- Test-E 500mg 12 weeks with a 4 week SD kicker!!!

i try and watch it bulking, long sleeve shirts for me. i pump really well juiced up, at least for a little guy. people stare at me sometimes lol everynow and then i pull out a short sleeve, get some attention and then back to covered up. this is on cycle at least, i will say that when im looking huge at the gym i lift harder, but i also stare at myself too much, i cant help it haha. long sleeve im so much more comfortable, i dont look at the mirrors except for form, i wear sweats or PJ bottoms too. nothing like being uncomfortable in the gym to mess with your head while your lifting.......anyway glad to see your turning heads, keep it up, your just getting started!!!

you seem like a pretty big dude already, dont know how stretch mark prone you are? but a SD kicker to TestE cycle is 30lbs garrenteed in my book. you better be lubing up at night...

I had one massive workout this morning. I slept 11 hours last night and felt ****ing great this morning. I think the test is kicking in some. Because I have never ever been this horny in my life. I want to beat off and **** every chance I get. I had sex with my finance twice the other morning.....and still wanted to jerk off on the way to work. Lol Also noticing more aggression....more aggression than a normal ph cycle also. My temper becomes shorter every day now really.

have you experienced any back pumps?
I have had slight ones constantly throughout the day, and half the time I do cardio I have to stop and stretch because it feels like my calves are going to explode.

I've has slight back pumps on back day and while running. But other than that I have been lucky this cycle.

With those 21 do you get one final full ranged with resistance. In highschool when we did these for football the last one or one extra someone would push the bar down while we tried to curl it. Talk about burn.

When i go for lower reps I feel like I work alot harder is all, more benificial on cycle and when bulking

I feel that on cycle I do best starting at around 15 reps for my first set and finishing with failure around 4-6 reps for my fifth set or so. If I have 8 reps in me my last set was too light.

Op your numbers do seem a bit conservative for on cycle numbers, how often ARE you hitting failure?

Lastly, the rep range should vary by exercise. For cable crosses, leg extensions, lateral raises etc, of course high reps are best as these are primarily secondary shaping exercises; but for any compound, primary exercise, you should be balls to the wall with all out effort.
 
That's was my suggestion, high reps or low reps, you gotta push til you can't push no more. When u can't lift the last rep have someone help you with two more reps.
 
Rep ranges vary for hypertrophy but 8-12 reps is the norm. You still have to fail between those reps tho!

Its getting hard to eat really. I have been sick with the flu....coupled with lethargy...its hard to work 4kcals in...well even 3kcals...but im trying and almost over it it feels like. That's why week 3 kind of sucked.

bro if your sick, take 2 or 3 days off ok. you need to sleep and let your body recover, your gonna do more damage than anything working out sick. its so benificial to take 2 days off in a row after 20 days of a big cycle. try and get 2 10hr sleep sessions in there, wake up and eat healthy too. good luck bro feel better, you can skip the gym its ok lol

IMO 500mg test is way better than SD, so yeah more fun. Your only 1/3 the way done of course it's gonna get better!!!

I expect my weight and strength to be down some. Since I've been sick for over a week with some sort of flu that wont allow me to eat over 1500 calories. Seriously. But today and yesterday I am starting to feel a little better and actually able to eat a little more. I woke up this am and had an awesome gym session...and feel great now! Ill be trying to plow in all the food sleep and vitamin c I can! Lol

Well I am almost done with week 5. I haven't noticed any insane strength or size...nothing compared to my 4 week run of SD. So well see. I put on ten of my current twelve pounds within the first 3 weeks of this cycle while on sd. Not much put on since my SD ended. But libido and mood are amazing though.

It's gonna creep up on ya... Have patience, I noticed major strength gains round week 4 ish...
 
I'm in the same boat as you, very similar cycle, except I used transform's SD. I think using test alone, the gains will creep up on you, but with a strong kicker like SD, you just basically maintain the str gains you got from the SD and gradually add it on afterwards. Seems like the "peak" just happens earlier with a strong oral like SD. At least this is my experience so far.
 
Also, where's all your lower body work? squats and deads? those will stimulate your CNS and help the rest of your body grow. Also, heavy deads (around 2x bw) blow up your traps.

I'm two weeks post sd and am about there with you guys. Weight has came down while strength has came up, a bit. Nothing like the explosive weight and strength gains when on SD.
