First competition!

I'm thinking about doing my first competition. But I have a problem.
I know next to nothing about competition prep or competitions period. The competition is called "pacific muscle classic" and it's on May 18th
Currently I'm weighing about 183 and trying to bulk up to 190-195 as clean as possible. I'm at about 10% body fat.
I need help! Lol
I don't know of any trainers on island with any competition experience.

if you want to enter a competition in 2 months, I wouldn't advise going on a bulk. in order to compete you really need to dial in your physique and clean up your diet. there are plenty of good threads of people who are competing or have competed. if you're at 10% now you're gonna need to work to start lowering your body fat and begin to sculpt a competition physique

If you only have two months, try to focus on cutting down with as little loss of muscle as possible. People would rather see a cut and shredded 183 pounder than a slightly bigger less shredded 195.

this. i fully agree. natural competitions rely heavy on conditioning. mass is important, but if you're not lean enough to show it then you're going to have a hard time. good luck
