Hey guys,
I am new here and yall have been nothing but extremely helpful and encouraging thus far, especially given my age and inexperience in this 'realm' of training (phs/test boost/aas/etc).
I decided not to just go with a test booster, and give the natabolic stack a try. I saw some god logs with great results and some bad logs with bad results and everywhere in between.

I did olympic style powerlifting for my tennis training at a facility called Velocity with sprints and agility training to go along with it, followed by personal trainers for a couple years --all for tennis training. I have since become addicted to lifting and gotten burnt out with tennis, and I have been lifting seriously for about 4 years. 4 years ago I was the same height at 135lbs, so I have come a long way. I dabbled with powerlifting just because my dead lift is fairly strong for my weight.. and I might compete for my school in October.

Deadlift: 375
I usually dont OH press, but the last time I did I was around 140lbs... but that was quite some time ago.
Plan
I plan to lean bulk while I am on this, using Layne Norton's PHAT. I know it is overrated and overused, but I love it. I have used it twice now and really, really enjoy it. hate if you must. I will however be doing a special powerlifting-designed workout the coach gave me for my upper body power day-- only on the bench though to get those numbers up.
Dosing and other contenders
most seem to think the sweet spot for Natty drol is 8 everyday. since I still have pretty solid libido and my testosterone is def still up there, i am going to do this...
first 5 days: 2 with breakfast, 3 pre workout (5 total)
remaining: 2 with breakfast, 3 pre-workout, 2 with dinner (7 total)
I have not quite figured out how to do the formadrol just yet, I also may put some erase in there, comments thoughts welcome.

A solid strong workout today. I felt good. Obv too soon to tell much yet, but good workout from the great placebo. The only downside is I cannot friggin sleep, even with the ghenerate. hopefully I am so sacked tonight that I will ptfo for a good while. I need to get a good sleep in.
