First BEASTDROL cycle!

I would run it at 20 still. Don't get greedy. Or run 20 non workout days and 30 on workout days (20mg 1 hour prior). No need for 30mg ed if you are getting results at 20 still IMO

Just an update not even two weeks in but wanted to get another shot so I could see what I look like at the end of week 4, lighting sucks but oh well haha.

Yeah If I could stay at under 10% bf and keep getting bigger I won't complain, but if I was 185 8% bf I would be happy. haha.
 
I said the same thing 185... then it was 195... now its 210. I haven't decided to care about body fat. As long as I keep it around 12-15. I keep telling myself I will do a legit cut at some point... but the next cycle with mass + strength is so much more appealing hahaha

Bro!!! I'm the exact ****in same. I'm going for a 450 pound bench tonight. My Pr is 420. I'm doin a sponsored cut in 3 weeks so kinda gotta now lol

Nice man. You logging it? What you running? I start my 16 week (total 18 weeks but 16 of test) clean cut/bulk summer cycle in June. Shooting to get to 210 then tone up on winny for last 5-6 weeks. Im pretty stoked. I will prolly stay lean for the winter and bulk then I HAVE to do a legit cut next spring haha

Alright guys I need your help! I decided to up the dosage this wednesday to 30mg. I want to know if I should take one before bed now or just add an extra one before workout. Also today I did bi's and tri's and also going back in the gym tonight to hit legs. I decided to hit legs twice a week because they are really lagging. No sides to report lethargy is pretty much gone with the extra carbs. I think i'm eating close to 5000 calories now lol

I'd take it before your workout. Sometimes too much superdrol before you sleep can keep you awake, but that seems variable. I wouldn't gamble.

yeah, that's what I was planning on. I just didn't know if it would help being in my system 24 hours a day, keeping me in that constant state.
 
I took 2 before workout in the AM and third one around 5-6 after work. That way I was taking it about 2-3 hours before bed. Melatonin helped me sleep better but I don't blame superdrol for poor sleep its the "PTSD" hahaha or so says the docs but whatever they are retarded.
 
Yeah the problem is my work schedule is so screwed up I'm either working first shift which means my workout comes at around 5pm or I work 2nd shift which means I would workout early in the am. So would it be okay to change up the dosage depending on the days I work. And I don't have a problem sleeping at all haha.
 
I never noticed any sleeping sides while on SD but of course to each their own. You can still take the dosing 3 separate times but I'd still dose when you wakeup, sometime before workout, and then one pre-workout. Possibly going to be your best bet if you can remember.
 
I was just thinking about taking one every 8 hours so my body would be having sd in it 24 hours a day, wouldn't that be better? I'm just thinking here.
 
Go for it and assess the sides on sleeping. I don't think you should have a problem at all doing that. I'd just figure out a way to have your dose before the gym within 2-3 hours of working out. I remember when I was on AndroMass I had my dose timing down to a point. Pretty sure I had it down to within 5 minutes at the max differential. Find out what works best for you man!

haha, not saying I wouldn't but earlier we were all discussing how keeping your body in the constant anabolic state would yield better results which I could do by just dosing it every 8 hours.
 
Well you wanna use the most when your working out. Half life is 8 hours so 16 on and while you sleep you will be repairing then start fresh when u wake

How long does it take for it to kick in though I find taking to an hour before workout isn't the best I bumped it up to 2 and now I'm thinking maybe even 3 hours before.
 
Try taking on a empty stomach then wait an hour before your you eat or at least 15min Or an empty stomach before yor workout etc
 
No take it with fish oil and EFA's... Some natty pb or something with healthy fats. What that does is make it absorb waaaay better :-) promise
 
OH lol ya for sure I usually pop 2 fish oils... Wash down the sd and eat a fatty glob of pb... ****s bomb.com

hahaha! Sorry guys life hit me hard new job working 50 hours a week plus fitting in my workouts and banging chicks at night it's hard to get on here and post. But here's an update! I'm up 16 lbs! No sides whatsoever, I started taking 30mg week 3, and today is my first day of week 4. I also started taking DAA a few days ago as recommended by everyone. And this is the last week so I'm stoked and sad for it to end haha. But hopefully my pct will be good and I will keep everything and maybe even gain some more possibly.
 
oh and btw the up 16lbs means I surpassed by goal which was 175 I'm at 176 haha and still got a week to go this **** is no joke.
