First BEASTDROL cycle!

Normally SD doesn't kick in until the second week, so I think running it for 2 weeks isn't worth it because you'll only just start feeling it. 3 weeks minimum is what i'd suggest. Would you rather get a handjob or go all the way? Go big or go home buddy

Ok, I'll go big! Thanks everyone for all the help and information I just had a lot of mix emotions by some of you etc. I'll pick up a bottle once a sale starts.... Then I'll officially start it about the end of H drol cycle or like most of you guys said last 2 weeks. Wish me luck.... lol

Day 6, I have a few questions for everyone. What can I get for the lethargy, today I seriously didn't want to get out of bed and I slept over 10 hours, also I'm starting to get some mild acne.

if you were already a high-carb person pre-sd you will have to bump it up even more, SD drastically increases your muscle glycogen stores and seems to make people need 1.5-2x the carbs they are accustomed to.

Crazy carbs bro. I was eating a box plus of the Kashi lean cereal every morning. It was close to a loaf of bread a day too. It was stupid how many carbs I needed.

I also used RS-Transaderm for a light test base. That helped a lot too.
 
thats why i always take furuza or p-stanz. they really help with drying you out but do really good at fighting against lethargy. dermacrine is really good too or try DHEA.
 
You can if you want to, it's not going to change anything except possibly making the pumps way too intense if you are using an NO supp.

I was thinking about changing up my training routine being on SD, what kinda training routines do you guys run and find good results with I've just been doing the basic 1 body part a day 6 day split.

Have you considered a 5x5?
 
Yeah, I think 5x5 is great for gaining strength, I've thought about running that routine again.

Also good for size, am curenttly doing that right now and then during then evening time I do some split isolation. Haa or you could throw in the 300 workout if your up for the challenge! :)
 
I do a 4 day split and it seems to work well for strength gains.

Mon- shoulders and Tris
Tues- Back and Abs
Wed- Off
Thurs- Chest and Biceps
Fri- Legs and Abs
 
I'm just trying to do something different besides the one day a week different body part. I'll probably just do something basic like this.
Monday: Chest and tris
Tuesday: Back and bis
Wednesday: Quads/Hamstrings and abs
Thursday: shoulders
Friday: Calves and abs
 
Just be in there as much as you think your body can take to use the SD to your full advantage. Pay attention to your body though, while on SD you can easily overtrain. It will be harder than if you weren't ON, but the way you feel completely makes you want to go go go. I'd hit the gym maybe 3 times a day while on SD, couldn't get enough.
 
Its important to not over train for sure. Although it makes you feel like you could go all day try to have self control! Haha
 
Day 6, and holy SHI* I lied when I said this stuff didn't kick in yesterday that's just because I wasn't in the gym yet. I did chest only today. And had to force myself to leave the gym haha.

Flat bench 160x12 (light as hell) 175x10 180x8 190x6 (these are good numbers for me don't laugh lol)
Incline bench 150x12 155x10 160x8 165x6
Incline Dumbbell Flies 35x12 40x10 45x8 50x8
Cable Flies 60x12 70x12 80x10 90x8
Peck Deck Machine 90x12 100x12 110x10 120x8
Decline Dumbbell Bench 60x10 65x8 70x8 75x6

So there wasn't anything major strength gains, but holy hell I could still tell they were there. I'm super stoked to see the future weeks on this stuff.
 
Oh and the scale apparently says I'm up 3lbs already but I think that might be from the extra water I've been drinking.
 
Told you bro and it very well could be mass :-) glycogen storage. You should gain quite a bit the first week
 
Haha warned you about wanting to not leave! Right now you are getting the alpha feeling and insane drive to workout. Middle of next week or end of week 2 you are going to see strength skyrocket. Ha I want to laugh at your bench numbers just to be a dick, but I put up 70 pounds today so yeah, you make me look like chicken scratch :P I think you'll easily add 40+ pounds to your bench no doubt
 
Check my log man. I threw on 65-70 pounds on squat and deadlift. It was like 50 pounds on bench. I did DC training for most the cycle and it was intense!
 
I'm lost on yalls bench press stats

Hey now you weigh almost 90 more lbs then me! lol My max is only 225 right now which I guess isn't terrible for someone who only weighs 160 (163 now ;) haha. But also not great I would love to get to 275.

How I work my way up is I never do decline but switch rep ranges and switch between dumbells and barbells each week. So chest this week say for bench press ill do 4 sets barbell. 12/8/1-failure/6.
For my 1-failure I threw 350 on there and got it for 6 ;-)

I can't wait to get my bench up real high. I suffered a elbow injury few years back and now after heavy days my elbow kills!! Its coming back now tho. I'm gunna break 400 by the next year...

I'm trying man. I went up 50 pounds on my last cycle. I'm training more for hypertrophy so real heavy weight wasn't the goal. I was at a 335 Max and June starts my 16 weeker depending on how bloods go in May. So needless to say I have a feeling that 400 isn't very far off!
 
DBs are good for helping balance out your sides, but for a power raw lift you have to hit the BB. I've modified my form to be a bit more of a PL form for benching too.

Day 7, did bi's and tri's today, and seriously this shi* is the biggest confidence booster ever. I don't even care if I'm not the biggest guy in the gym, because I sure as hell felt like it. The pump was insane and I felt so ripped.

I feel like a fuc*in Champion! LOL. SD IS KING, and it's only week one, oh and I'm up 4 lbs!
 
The arm pump on SD is king. 135lb barbell curls felt light on my last run.

Nice weight gain so far! I hope you keep most of it bro.
 
This **** is good stuff. I used dbol and drol together in my last cycle and the gains were similar with a slight edge to the dbol and drol. 40-60lbs on major lifts should be attainable for someone of your experience.
 
Keep up the good work and stick with it hard! Am a little excited cuz my Beastdrol comes in tomrrow :)
 
Okay guys day 8! First day of week 2, and I have absolutely no sides at all other then I feel more tired then normal, but other then that I feel awesome. About to go to the gym and blast the shoulders!

Alright guys day 9, the only side I'm really feeling is lethargy and it's really starting to kick in I could lay in bed all damn day. haha. I feel like it's going to start throwing off my workout if I can't even keep my eyes open going in to the gym. I picked up dhea that hasn't really helped much.
