hahahaha! you guys are hilarious , I get back from my back workout and I'm dying of laughter reading all of your posts. Anyways back workout went well didn't feel any extra effect from the sd but it was still a great workout!
Wide grip chin ups - 4 sets till failure
Reverse grip Lat pull downs - 120x12 130x10 140x8 150x6
dumbbell bent over rows - 65x12 70x10 75x8 80x6
seated cable rows - 155x12 155x12 170x10 170x10
I skipped out on dead lifts just because my lower back has been killing me this week but next weeks back workout will definitely include them!
Besides that I'm at over 4000 calories and I still have one more meal!
When I was doing a body split routine my back day looked just like this with exercise selection lol

I have no desire to go over there and try and start sh*t with someone who is treated like a god over therelike my sig says, I always recommend independent research.
Matt Porter has an interesting protocol that doesn't require a SERM, and handles things from different angles. Although I believe he still recommends some clomid after a 19-nor product has been used, but don't hold me to that/quote me.
I don't recommend his protocol to anyone who isn't very advanced and very in touch with their body or can get bloods though, just because at this point it is a radical departure from the "norm" (Matt, I have nothing but respect and admiration for you, this is not meant as a cheap shot at your protocol, I'm just expressing my basic thoughts on who it is best for etc.).
the basis of Matt's protocol is to use other products to boost LH and FSH (one of the things we use a serm for) while controlling estrogen with an AI (aromasin I believe is his preference) so that there is no worry about estrogen rebound at all, but it does require a high degree of familiarity with one's body and how it reacts with an anti-e to properly taper off of it, and how to dose it properly, because zero'd estrogen is just as bad as too much (although with different symptoms).

the stack has everything you need minus a SERM to run it though, I wouldn't run beastdrol without support, the forma is somewhat optional, but is pretty nice to have.
