First BEASTDROL cycle!

40/40/20 is a good bulking breakdown, 1.5g-2g protien per lb of bodyweight.
 
I am finishing my SD cycle and I will put it this way.... I tried counting my calories for the first 2 weeks. Then I was hitting my mark but was still hungry. Then I started craving bread, potatoes pretty much anything with carbs like it was crazy. I stopped counting and just kept eating and I KNOW there was no way I was under my target calories and I didnt put on extra fat or bloat up real bad (just the expected normal amount from SD). So.... count the calories for awhile but trust me you will be so dang hungry it wont matter.
 
Just popped my first beastdrol, headed to the gym in about an hour. I'm ready for a crazy placebo effect to kick in the first day lmao! :D Gunna hit them shoulders hard!

haha, yeah I was thinking the same thing I'm ready to eat a ton, I have a feeling the grocery bill will be a little more this month!

Its not my fault I'm young and have a great metabolism. You old farts have to watch out.... a French loaf?... I'm craving carbs now

Ive been eating 4000 - 4500 cals every day and my weight keeps going up a lb..next day down a lb.. it is so frustrating it wont budge. Id love to gain off 3000 calories lol

haha, yeah that's how I am I eat above 4000 a day and I can barely gain a lb lol If I want to gain weight I have to keep it above 5k.
 
You are both homos..... Haha just kidding. The grass is always greener on the other side. Regardless all body types have to train hard... just differently types of hard.

Just an update everyone just tracked my beast and I will be receiving everything in the mail today so looks like I will be starting today! Should I take my liver support supplements with the beast or in between doses?

Most say to take it inbetween. I would always just take the support at night. I've seen 2-4 hr spacing between PH and support as the most widely accepted dosing pattern

I'd much rather have to use gear/eat tons to gain, than have to do the minimal calories and hardcore supps/gear to drop fat.... eating is fun, starving is not!

Alright everyone just got back from my shoulder workout, obviously I didn't feel much from the SD yet as this is day 1, but I still went hard and now I'm about to eat a huge ass meal!

Dumbbell Shoulder Press - 40x12, 45x10, 50x8, 55x6
Bent Over Lateral Raises - 20x12 25x10 30x8 35x6
Standing Lateral Raises - same weight and reps
Straight Bar Shrugs - 225x15 4 sets
Upright rows with ez-curl bar - 60x12 65x10 70x8 75x6

Man you lucky... I gain muscle pretty easy, but I gain fat too. Unless of course... I am using the goodies, then I can eat as much as I want and gain mostly muscle haha.
 
That's good though bro :-) I like my natty strength to. Not working out in a long ass time I can still throw up 275 pounds. I did a set of 350 for 5 last week :-) that was after sd tho. I did 345 for 1 before the sd
 
About to head to bed soon, just took my liver support supplements and calculated all the calories and i was just a little over 4200. I'm going to shoot for around 4500 for the rest of the week. I start day 2 of SD tomorrow and it's back day.

Back day is always a good day. Especially with SD in your body. Good luck with the cycle, I'm in for sure! I just can't let it tempt me too much, being on clomid isn't nearly as satisfying as the magically fantastic strength gains of SD :p
 
Took 1 cap of Beast this morning at 9am and then got my other cap in at 5pm, headed to the gym to hit the BACK! I'm in about 3200 calories today so 4500 for the day should be no problem. Second day I don't feel any differently at all, which is expected I'm not really sure when the SD should kick in guess it's different for everyone.
 
You will know when it hits man trust me. Usually end of week 1 or around day 5. Hang on its gunna be a fun ride!

Haha yeah I asked a buddy of mine the same question because he ran the same cycle a few months back and he's like you'll know you will just know..
 
Sorry if I missed this you might have already said it this thread is just so damn long lol. But are you running any sort of test base? I havent used superdrol just because I am scared to death of the lethargy..thats one side that hits me pretty hard.

It's all good im still up in the air about these OTC test bases and if they even work. If you dont get lethargy too bad I might be inspired to run it in the near future lol
 
I will put it this way... when you want to eat everything in sight, your veins grow veins, you want to kill annoying people, you feel like the baddest mofo in your gym, people ask wtf are you on?, you want to have sex with anything that has tits and a pulse.... the beast has got you lol
 
if you feel lethargic, you can always pick up some dermacrine, DHEA, or orastan a ... those will all help a lot.

Well said haha. It's not good for me since I'm in charge of a bunch of highschool kids later in the day...talk about SD making you want to kill people. Lazy little munchkins I tell ya.
 
Lol that's how I was at least... I bet you just wanna facepalm all those annoying little kids. I'm a pretty calm guy usually but I have crazy road rage Haha I got out of my truck during my cycle because I honked at a person who cut me off and at a light they gave me the finger. I opened my door got out (had no shirt on and just gym shorts) and was gunna drag that kid out of his car and paint the road with his dik blood an tears but he saw me coming and freaked. Ran the red light and sped away lol he will think before he gives the finger again.
 
lmao! nice dangerdave haha.. on my last SD cycle, i loved it! the big things didnt annoy me but the small little things just put me over the edge. i lift around 530am cause thats when most of the serious lifters are at my gym. one day when i was on SD, this kid was doing plated lat pulldowns. he had a 25lb on each side and 4 10lbs plates on each side on top. it looked rediculous. every lift he did he just stacked a sh*t ton of 10's then didnt even put them away. finally after he finished the lat pulldowns and started walking away. i walked over there to use it and just yelled out "YOU HAVE GOT TO BE F*CKING KIDDING ME!!!" and just grabbed each 10lb plate and threw it on the ground. he saw and heard everything, havent seen him at the gym since, at least not at 530 am haha.
