First AS cycle

Hey all I was wondering how Sust250 is for a first cycle? Ive used orals before but never injections. Im not a big guy, about 150lbs and was thinking of a 10 week cycle. Any thoughts on where to inject as well? I was thinking of shoulders but mine arnt that big and dont want to hit any bones. Let me know your input guys, thanks
 
sustanon isn't recommended for a first cycle. you'd have to inject EOD for the prop ester. it's usually ridiculously priced as well. you'd be better off using test enanthate at 500mg/wk. but at 150lbs, perhaps your diet could use some help before you consider gear usage, otherwise any and all AAS usage will be in vain. what's your height?
 
I just cant gain weight, Ive tired upping cals, protien, everything and stay at 150lbs. Im 5'10. The sustanon is really cheap from a bodybuilder that i work with so thats no problem. For a 10 or 20 week cycle what would a good pct be? HCG, Nolva?
 
sorry, but i'm a little skeptical of people that say they can't gain weight, especially when they don't post up what their diet consists of.

post up your diet bro, i guarantee there's some flaws in there. specify as to how much protein, carbs, fats, etc.
 
Beelze is right ... you CAN gain weight you just aren't eating enough/properly and/or not training properly
 
Definitely agree with the previous 2 posts. You need to eat MORE. I started at 5'9 145lbs, I'm now 5'10 205- natural. You need to eat A LOT.

see eating even helped him gain an inch of height!!!! its the most important thing ever! .... alright i'm obviously joking ... but seriously eat more ... post your diet so we can help
 
Morning - 3 eggs, toast, hashbrowns, bacon&sasage, 50g protien drink (every morning for past 2 years)
Lunch - 50g protien drink, chicken breast on whole wheat, 2 hardboiled eggs
Between lunch & supper - 50g protien drink and weight gainer x1000cal
Supper - Depends on my work sched... - Quarter X2 pounder with cheese/fries or mcchicken/fries

I eat alot, more then alot of my fat friends eg is breakfast at our restaurant but my damn slow matabilism kicks my ass. My dad has the same small bone structure. So you guys think Sust250 is too strong? Ive taken M1T and similar orals and it doesnt seem
to be all that good...sides and all so i was thinking sust would be a good benifit.
 
1) too much protein from powder, you need more whole foods.
2) only 4 meals, should be at least 6, aim for eating every 3 hours (minimum 50g protein, 75g carbs per meal) if gaining weight is the problem, you don't have a slow metabolism, you have a fast metabolism.

you seem to be fixated on using gear and not on correcting your diet problem. thinking you're eating enough and actually eating enough are two different things. don't worry about your fat friends, they're not your concern. you can take all the AAS in the world, but it's not going to fix a bad diet.

my advice: research and apply what you learn. or hire bobo and let him do it for you.
 
ok problem has been found!!!

a) you should be eating 6-8 meals a day
b) you are getting WAY WAY WAY too much protein and cals from drinks ... you need to incorporate lean meats .. chicken, turkey, lean beef, tuna into you meals ... strive for a 40/40/20 split (protein, carbs, fat) ... with each gram of carbs and protein being 4 cals and each gram of fat 9 ... but honestly strive for 2x your bodyweight in protein and adjust the others from there ... its SO IMPORTANT TO EAT OFTEN AND EAT RIGHT
c) stay away from gear until you get your diet down ... its late and i'm tired we'll work on your diet more a little later
 
well apparently i've acquired a heckler ... i've named him buford ... he's kind of a prick and smells funny ... we're praying like hell he leaves soon
 
Just no reason for that type of behavior on the board guys... don't like to ban people but don't abuse people on here.. period
 
lol, i cleaned up the unwanted posts, hate to see unwanted ****, whatever it was, good job on the sensible suggestions guys:).
