First AAS Cycle

Hey guys,

So after dabbling with PHs for a couple of cycles I've decided to make the move onto AAS.

First up Stats:

Age: 23
Height: 184 cms (6 ft)
Weight: 82 kgs
BF%: 14.6%

Diet consists of:

Meal 1. 6 eggs (2 yolks) 80 grams of oats - half an apple - 6 almonds

Meal 2. 300 gs skinless Chicken Breast - 90 gs of basmati rice - 200 gs mixed celery and carrots

Meal 3. 300 gs skinless Chicken Breast - 90 gs of basmati rice

Meal 4. 300 gs skinless Chicken Breast - 200 gs mixed celery and carrots

Meal 5. Post workout Shake - ON 100% Gold Standard Whey

Meal 6. 340 gs Lean Top Side Beef

Meal 7. Pre-Bed Shake - ON Casien Whey - 6 Almonds

Training:

Monday: Back

Tuesday: Chest

Wedensday: Legs

Thursday: Shoulders

Friday: Biceps

Saturday: Triceps

Sunday: Rest

And now the cycle:

So I'm going to be running a Winstrol Cycle at 80 mg a day for 7 weeks running letro on cycle and with clomid as my pct.

The reason I'm doing a winstrol only cycle is that I got a small level of gyno when using Beastdrol and I'm not keen to run a test and risk that again. Also a number of my freinds have done a winstrol only cycle and held onto a solid 7 kgs of lean mass after PCT.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated guys.

I would personally if I were you, considering this is your first cycle and all. Run the winny at 50mg ed for 6 weeks, also letro is supposedly pretty harsh. Now winny for 6 weeks and test prop for 8 would be a sick cycle but if you are not into it I will not force you.

Test with armi should not give you gyno at all, but to each their own.

Cheers for the advice - i originally said to the guys getting my gear for me that I wanted to run test with it but they recommended against it
 
For better gains you might wanna try:

Day 1: Chest/Triceps/Calfs
Day 2: Legs/Abs
Day 3: Shoulders/Back/Biceps
REST
Day 4: Chest/Triceps/Calfs
Day 5: Legs/Abs
Day 6: Shoulders/Back/Biceps

etc..

Just an opinion, though training each bodypart two times a week is better

Yea I've re-organised my workouts to something abit more relevant to the cycle. I'll also now be running a Clen cycle during this aswell for 3 weeks at the start at 60ml a day with 15 mins of HIIT in the mornings to get me started.
