FireTitans BPS Androcrine ride

Well, i can tell you that if you keep pushing it in the gym like you are, the laxogenin won't let you down! I ran it at a higher dose than everyone else that was logging it (the OG version) and I loved it! I tried bumping it up even higher at the end and blew through a whole bottle rather fast just to see if it would be a noticeable difference but it wasn't. I think for your size, you could bump to 7 or 8 towards the end and not be overdoing it like I did. I would wait until you are further into this run before bumping though. However, if the 6 stays treating you rather nicely, no need to bump, just enjoy the ride! ;) Good luck and enjoy!!

Im gonna stay with 6 for now, just to keep it for right at a month, but Im ordering another bottle and will bump it up to 7 then. Thanks lukehayd
 
Ok guys, todays update. First I need to apologize that Im going to keep this a bit short, and again just hit some good highlights. Im on shift, its been one of "those" days and I just got done doing 3 hours of search and RIT training at the fire tower teaching a bunch of newer guys. 3 hours in turnout gear in fire conditions is rough. So, without further ado... Today was back and biceps and I was really waiting to see what I could do, back is a bit weak for me. Started off with 25 pull-ups,the last 5 with a 25lb plate attached. All wide grip overhand.
Stayed with 3 sets of everything today so Ill just hit the last sets of all. Single arm dumbbell rows ended with 100x10, bent over rows was 225x10. Deadlifts, yes I know I did legs yesterday, so I kept it a little lower than max, and still paying for it. 315x12. We went into biceps at that point. Isolation curls, ended with 70x4. Incline curls,45x4, preachers ended 130x5 and then 2 sets of 21s with 50lbs on cable machine. Was going to end with 25 chin-ups but we got a call, and ended up on the interstate running a wreck. Not to much to really brag about, although I Was happy with 225 on bent over rows. Other than my shoulder, no joint issues and my energy is still up although it seems to wear off a little earlier than when I first started. But still, when I say sooner, were still looking at application at 0600 and loosing some mojo around 9pm. Overall, still pretty happy. OH!!! I forgot to mention, I noticed a vein running through my bicep I havent seen in years!! I know that seems simple, but that sh** means a lot to me!!
 
Just got back from my post workout meal, my own specialty sandwich from Arbys. Its their market fresh wheat with lettuce,tomato, spicy mustard and 8oz of turkey . It is amaze-balls.
Anyway, moving on. Had chest and triceps today, and due to lack of sleep at the fire station I compressed it, not to mention the fact I was solo today. Nothing to special today but I had a couple things I wanted to touch base on. First was the fact that as I have said before, I have an injured shoulder. But.... thanks to my new homie lifted67 I have adjusted a few things in my over all grip when benching, and I am happy to say I was able to push 225x10 twice, and 315x5. Before laughing, I gotta say that was the hardest Ive pushed on flat in a LONG time due to the injury and I feel as if I couldve went heavier but was still a little hesitant about the shoulder being I had no spotter. Now, on top of that, my workout partner has been handing me dumbbells over 60lbs because rotating it to the start position for shoulder or dumbbell presses causes to much pain. Today, I was able to rotate 100s on my own, and do a 1 set each of 10,8 and 5. No discomfort until the last few pushes. THAT, I do believe I will pay tribute to the Androcrine . I have to say, I have kept an open mind and tried not to say any gains were because of the Androcrine, but a little less than a week in and Its becoming harder to say its not. I don't believe I would have done what I have the last few days without it. Cant wait to see what else I can do in the upcoming weeks.

Looking good man, nice job moving that weight brother! Glad the shoulders working itself out, im thinking about stacking nerve restore with androcrine after my log to really help my joints/nerves, I suggest you try it too, i've use nerve restore numerous time's it helps joints a ton too.

Thank you Sir. Im pushin it, just gotta get past my age and ridiculous injuries that have finally caught up to me!! Ive never heard of the nerve restore, Ill have to look it up and see into getting some. Appreciate you letting me know about it

It's made by EvoMuse a very pronounced company around these parts, it's top notch.
 
Nerve restore and Flexatril for me now (and cissus, orange triad...fish oil). Slowly getting better. Getting on dat dare androcrine at the end of the week...super psyched...lots of pt/rehab/prehab....lets get these joints workin n' twerkin' brothers! Conquer your body then conquer the world!
 
Just out of curiosity, do you have any experience with any of their TD fat burners? Are they worth trying?

I've used eviscerate plus when i was around 12% and had huge results, it's recommended for low BF's i've tried their old Absolutely Abbliderated and it was solid the new one's supposed to be even better.

Im not gonna lie... If I conquered the world... It would be a much better, and less populated place!! ( anger issues maybe?)

It's not TD but I'm loving Combustion by BPS and yates84 is using a T2 based fat burner. Both with good results so far.

I was wondering about the combustion. I had just bought hydroxycut when I was gifted the Androcrine opportunity, and after thinking it through, I really didn't want to run it with another companies supp. Didnt seem fair to BPS. But if youre saying the Combustion works, I may just have to run it!!
 
It makes you sweat fair warning but the energy is great, not like meth jitters energy but like focused get **** done at work energy lol

Man, I was just thinking the other day what Id do for some meth head jitters! Lol. Thats what Im looking for though, serious energy and focus, and sweat when I need it. I seem to have plateaued. Im guessing Im adding muscle since everything is still fitting better, but my weight has not changed one bit. Its a little depressing to be honest. Im gonna have to order the combustion as well then. I Was going to order 2 more Androcrines last night(Captain now wants in) but by the time we got done I was burned out.
 
I wish I had a spare Skulpt I could send you, it measures body fat% and muscle density. It's not the most accurate thing on Earth but it gives you information on the changes in your body that the scale can't and mirror doesn't always give fast enough lol

They have one without the screen (solid white body) that is $100 but I've had issues with it and liked the original (black) model better.

No workout today, Ill be working on the Ambulance from 6-8pm. But, Im trying something new today. I did my application this morning but I did 3 pumps on my chest and the other 3 on my shoulders. Want to see if and how it might ease a bit of the pain in my right shoulder. Im sure Ill be picking people up all day and Ill let you guys know.

Well, I know it's only been 6 Days, but I seem to be re-reaching goals I haven't seen in several years. That alone has me convinced enough that my Captain at work is going to run it, and Im going to try and convince my 58 year old retired Federal Police Officer dad to run it as well.

Awesome! Glad to hear that you are enjoying it. Im going to stock up on a few items and make one hell of a log towards the end of the year and this product will def be one of them
 
Well tried to get back at it today, but was cut short by the guys at work. First, I want to say that I did change my application method as I stated I would. Im going with 3 pumps on the chest/abdomen and then 3 on my shoulders, wiping the remaining cream on the inside of my biceps. I blew through a bicep workout today(with my allotted time) and so far the pains in my injured shoulder seem to have decreased by a huge amount, so I will continue to do so.
Anyway, the guys on shift wanted to play basketball today, which is not the usual, and I Agreed to give them some of my time if they'd allow me 30-40 to lift, and we all came to an agreement. So I did biceps alone feeling Id get more out of that rather than trying to do back along with it in such a short amount of time. Started with isolation curls, 40x20, 50x15,60x12 and 65x8. I Was happy with that. Moved over to preachers and rocked them out as quickly as I could. I did 45x30, 75x20, 95x 12 and 115x8. A total of 50 chin-ups, then on to what I call donkey curls. Using a 35lb dumbell in each hand, I do 10 sloooow isolation curls followed by 10 hammer curls with no pause in between the 2. I do this for 3 sets, and typically I get about to the 3rd hammer on the last set and my arms feel like they hit the jake brakes!! Today, I didnt make it that far, only getting through the first 2 sets. I guess because Ive never really tried to blow them out that fast before. Anyway, I finished up around 2:30, and on to play basketball, and now its almost 10 pm and I can still feel them. They are still full and tight. Should be difficult to swing a golf club tomorrow! Lol. Hoping to get some video next week to show some progress. Hope reading this sounds as good as it all felt today!

I definitely started that way. Got a few snickers when Id take a shot and overthrow the basket by 3'! I couldnt help but laugh at myself. But I was the only one lifting today, they all got lazy today.

Someones gotta keep em in check! On another note, my biceps are still tight and sore. Very unusual for me as I normally cant get that next day soreness in them. But there again, Ive never loaded them up and worked them that fast before. Im guessing thats the difference, and one I may have to "experiment" with on other body parts.

I really have to work my biceps to get them sore

Im going to attempt to do he same thing this week with a couple other muscle groups. I have it wrote down at work, but I think I only did 10 second pauses between sets, and 30-45 between changing exercises. Its amazing at the simple stuff I still learn on a daily basis.
