Finishing first Test E cycle: M-sten for recomp? Dieting?

I'm on the 11th week of my first Test E cycle (500 mg/week for 15 weeks).
Stats:
  • 29 yo
  • Body weight: 80,3 kg (+10,5 kg since start)
  • BF: 21,4% (+2,7% since start)
  • ~4000 cal daily, macros: 45/30/25
I'm not comfortable with so much fat mass, I'm thinking about cutting down calories in the last 4 weeks and adding some m-sten (just 15 mg ED plus TUDCA) in a attempt to recomp. Is it a good idea or should I keep bulking? Cutting calories to a normocaloric diet should be enough? My goal is simply to stay under 20% bf before the cycle ends.

Msten wont magically shed fat for you. You can easily get down to the high teens in a month just by adjusting your diet. You could even hit 15% by the time you start pct if you really wanted to.
