BTW, Powerfull is just a L-Dopa Derivitive based product (1-carboxy-2-amino-3-pyrobenzol(3,4 diol). It is relatively safe to take on any regimen under recommended dosing guidelines. Interactions can occur if taking antidepressants (MAOI) with L-Dopa based products, so that would be the only area of concern IMO.
