I am 6'1 201# 11% bf. Good clean cuts in muscle definition, now ready to bulk.
here is m plan:
Week 1-8 1.6g/day 1,4 -Andro.
Week 3-6 Prostanz/ 4 ad
Week 6-9 1-Test/4 ad
Week 1-9 m5aa-50mg prew/o
My diet is very tight and I don't cheat. cals will be around 5000.
Not sure if SD should be included in ther somewhere.
I have run several ph/ps cycles over last 2 years so I know how things effect me.
