Well, the time has coming to finish what I've started over 3 years ago. I've made improvement every year but now its time to FINISH.
I will not be fat for the summer..

This will be a log from now until the summer:

First stack is DCP/Leviathan/Incarnate

Diet will be close to the cut diet but with more carbs. NOT MUCH MORE
DIE

Still a little shaky on pre and post workout nutrition

Meal 1
½ Cup of Grits
1 whole egg
½ cup of egg whites
2 tablespoons of Peanut Butter or teaspoon of promise spread

Meal 2

2 Scoops of Whey Protein Blend
Small Apple
15 almonds

Meal 3


4-6oz of lean meat *mostly chicken breast*
Cup of Green Veggies
15 almonds

Meal 4 / Pre Workout

½ cup of oatmeal
1 tablespoon PB

Meal 5 /Post Workout

Whey Protein with 3 ½ tablespoons of Kwick Karb
1 tablespoon of PB

Meal 6
6oz of Lean Meat *Beef or Fish*
Cup of Green Veggies or 2 cups of salad
15 almonds

Upon Waking 4:45 AM

-1 Multi

8:00-8:45
-3 fishoil

11:00
-3 DCP

1:30
-2 LR

-Vasocharge or still looking for a change here…
