FinigenX, SD, Prostanozol 8 week PRE-cycle

Been doing a lot of research on AM and finally decided to create a log for my upcoming cycle. Hopefully this will benefit other AM users. Feel free to ask questions, post comments, etc. I'll try to post every couple days depending on my work schedule, etc.

I've been lifing and training martial arts for 6 yrs now and did a couple PH's before but this will be my longest one so to speak. I'll be using Finigen X Magnum, Superdrol, Prostanozol (and Mega-Zol if I run out of Prostan). My cycle will go as follows..

1 Fini-12ml, SD 20mg
2 Fini-12ml, SD 20mg
3 Fini-15ml, SD 20/30mg
4 Fini-15ml, SD 20mg, Prostan 100mg
5 Fini-18ml, Prostan 125mg
6 Fini-18ml, Prostan 150mg
7 Fini-21ml, Prostan 175mg
8 Fini-21ml, Prostan 200mg

*The red indicates uncertainty. Might discontinue if sides are an issue.

6 week PCT of:
Tamox, Clomi, AX PCT, Activate, Retain, DHEA, and fenugreek. I'll post details on PCT later but I'll probably use a reverse serm method.

As you can see, I'm gonna be taking a sh*tload of supps. Main goal of this cycle is to BULK and drop some excess fat. Now i'm at 197~198lbs at maybe 21% BF (pretty ****ty now but gonna incoporate more running and MMA training). Hopefully i'll be at 205lb ~ 210lbs w/a less BF% at the end of the cycle.

I lift Mon~Sat and jog on Sunday. Though I may take a day off every now and then for work reasons, tiredness, etc. I usually do 2 body parts per workout. Some days i may also dedicate only to MMA training (depends on friends schedule, time, etc.)

Anyways, like the said, this is a PRE-CYCLE log so that i can get some input, suggestions, etc. I'll be starting my cycle in about 2 weeks. Already started preloading w/the support supps.

Alrite.. comments, questions, concerns, suggestions, are all welcome so feel free.

the cycle looks really good. the pct is way overkill. Tamox,retain, and tribex would be plenty. Taking all that stuff in my opinion is a waste; more is not always better. Your body can only absorb so much.
 
Looks like a solid cycle man, and I hope it works out great for ya..... I'm really interested in how the Fini and Prostan will work together.... considering using Prostan, or Mega-Zol, along with a Superdrol cycle.

I'm following Dr.D's example of running SERM inverse to ATD but also adding Activate and Fenugreek. I phase the Clomid out and introduce the Nolva later since this helps prevent sides from developing due to the accumulation of estrogenic metabolites from the Clomid and also acts to minimize the use of Nolva, which is more liver toxic than Clomid. Rebound is very unlikely and estrogen biosynthesis will likely be significantly lowered for 3+ wks even after the end of this PCT. This is straight from Dr.D. :toofunny: haha..no sh*t huh? yeah i have to admit, i have waaay too much supps. But on the flip side, I can't get access to bloodwork so easily so IMO its better to be safe than sorry.

I wish you success with your cycle and you get a BIG THUMBS UP from me because your doing a pre-cycle before doing your cycle.

I will keep an eye on your cycle...oh yea, listen to Doctor D, he gave me some good advice regarding my successful Superdrol cycle last year. I'm still rec'ving good results from that cycle.

Hmmm, I feel the same way about doing a log. I'm hoping with this 1ad/pp/4ad cycle, I will have the same success as my past cycles.

i dont know, i dont think you'll need the clomid and the nolva, plus i dont think you need to go to 60mg of nolva to start with. the simple 40/40/20/20 has worked and i dont know why anyone might deviate from that, but dr.d is a smart man so im sure his is good and works well. i just think its overkill with the SERMs. unless you feel your balls are severely suppressed id stick with one.

good luck with the cycle, make sure you dont take too much NAC (referring to pro liv and liv 52), more with that is not better, just another observation.
 
damn, that sure is a lot of Fini you have on hand! I was thinking of a similar cycle, however, I was thinking of h50 instead of SD... But i only have 1 240ml vial of fini on hand and have been debating to see if i wanted/needed to run it for the entire cycle. Anyhow, good luck and *subscribed*

I was actually thinking of removing the Nolva and just using the Clomid for "spermatosis." Gotta make sure the boys are back in full strength if you know what i mean:twisted: Instead i'll be using something similar to the NHA stack since i have retain=lean xtreme, PCT=Rebound, and Activate.
I think I'll save the Nolva and use it if i feel any signs of gyno.

Thanks for the tip, although i'll be taking 1 serving of each differentiated product. I'm just hoping by so-called "stacking" these liv supps, will have a synergistic effect since Liv 52 doesnt have any Milk Thistle within its ingrediants.

Yeah i have 6 bottles of fini which costed me some bank :jaw: $$

i think fini w/Halodrol would be a good stack. I'm considering it for my following cycle if i can afford more fini. But first we'll see how the SD does.
 
DAY1: Shoulders/Traps

Took 1 SD 30 min before lifting and 12ml of Fini rite before lifting. Didn't really notice anything as expected. Usual shoulder lifts are-

DB shoulder press- 66lbs(warm-up), 90,90,66
UprightRows- 35, 45, 45, 35
DB laterals- 30, 35, 40, 35
= Depending on how i feel, i may add an exercise or 2 for rear delts and traps.
Thats basically all to report for today. We'll see how tomorrow goes.
 
I am doing the same cycle only no sd, fini, and trn.. Are you going to post before and after? What's your stats now? Sorry if its already posted. I already started my cycle apr 1st. Good luck bro.

Day 2: Arms

it seemed like a normal day although i think the SD/Fini is gradually kickin in. For example, i noticed that lactic acid build up was almost non existant at the end of my workout. I was able to finish my bi's w/ 66lbs or 30kg DB Hammer curls for about 2 sets (things are in kilograms here). I usually do this set but today i noticed that there wasn't much burn, which is kinda sh*tty since i want to know i'm killing my muscles but on the flip side, i know the SD/Fini is working already at day 2. I'm pretty stoked to see how recovery is gonna be tomorrow morning. Hopefully my arms wont be too tight. Thats all for now.

thanks for stopping by dude. hows your cycle coming along so far? sounds like a kick ass stack. well as for stats, i think i posted some info in my first post. just ask me what you want to know and i'll try my best to answer your questions. take it easy dude.
 
Wow I made the same post twice..sorry for that ill fix it later...and umm I seen your stats. what's your measurments? And how much are you eating? And my cycle is ok so far Ive been cutting 2 weeks before and first week on now with trn. Next week will be bulking time wit adding sd and fini. Ill be on your page often to compare. Later man.
 
MY LIVER IS F*CKED!! (i think...)

my bad guys for the delay in posts. been pretty busy w/work-related stuff. anyways, here's a brief run down..

So far i've noticed that recovery is GREAT:woohoo: muscle's aren't so tight at all the following day. But as far as workouts in the gym, it seems as if the FINI and SD haven't fully kicked in yet. Meaning that workouts are the almost the same as before except for less burn in the muscles.

Anyways going back to the LIVER thing earlier, heres the story..
Last nite i went to party w/some new and fellow coworkers. Wasn't planning on drinking too much but thats were the fun begins. I took my usual dose of SD (1-morning, 1-8hrs later w/Fini). Anyways, at the party, i find out that i'll be working w/a new cute coworker:dance: Being the idiot i am, i started to drink more since we were just chatting and ordering drink after drink. Whats worse is after that, we got into a conversation about which shots we like. I told her that i like Tequila and as soon as i said that, she's like lets get some tequila shots!:drunk: i was like ahhh sh*t! my liver is gonna get toasted!! but me, not being able to refuse a shot (esp from a cutie) said f*ck it and ended up taking the shot (in addition to the previous japanese drinks we had). So now i'm really curious to see what 2 SD/day w/ tequila and alcohol will do to my liver enzymes. Anyone ever "cheated" and drank a sh*tload on cycle?

All in all, it was a fun nite and i'll be looking forward to "working" w/my newly acquainted coworker :thumbsup: though i have to show more discipline especially since i'm on cycle for another 7 weeks (yeah i know, i'm a dumbass). but honestly, what would you guys do if you were in my situation;)?

Hey guys,
sorry its been a while. works been killing me. anyways, RECOVERY is GREAT w/ Fini and SD. I did some jogging over the weekend and my legs weren`t tight at all the next day. Also, yesterday i did chest and tri`s and today it doesnt feel tight at all.

As for strength, pretty much the same as before. No real particular difference except for non-existant muscle tightness during workouts. Hopefully by week 3 i`ll have some decent strength gains.

Lastly, NO SIDES whatsoever! Still 2 SD and 12ml of fini per day and i feel normal. i guess we`ll see what happens when i up to 3 SD and 15ml/day next week. thats all to report for now.
 
This stack is the SH*T so far. I did my usual SQUAT routine and my legs felt freakin good by the end of the workout. I KNOW for a fact that i should be pretty tight and not be able to walk straight but ON-CYCLE it seems like nothing. Which is why after doing my leg workout, i ended doing some kick-boxing for about 30 mins. I probably overtrained today but i felt good so i figure i get my cardio in since its been lacking as of late. more updates to come!
 
DAY 11: Chest/Tri's - IT KICKED IN!!!!!!!!
Finally I can REALLY tell its working!! Started my usual chest routine today of:

Flat Bench- 135x20,135x20,225x10,245x10,275x3,275x3,225x9
Incline DB-90x12,110x4,110x4,90x10

The changes i'll elaborate here. I'm pretty sure i can't to do 275x3 for 2 sets. Especially since i did 225 and 245x10 for each set. Normally my chest would be somewhat shot. Whats more cool is that i maxed out w/110lb DB's per arm for 2 sets on incline! I'm sure normally my chest would of been dead at this point.

After chest, i did my regular tri workout. THEN after that, I STILL HAD ENERGY to punch and kick the bag for about 15-20mins. STAMINA was through the f#ckin roof for real!! I think i overtrained but I really wanted to get my cardio since it helps w/ cholesterol and since i also want to lose a few pounds of fat on this cycle.

So far, so good. I can only expect more GOOD results beginning week 3. More posts to come! Feel free to write something since i'm pretty tired at seeing only my posts on this thing =p

Sweet deal bro, it sounds like it's been kickin just after a few days of being on, but now you seem to just be EXPLODING hahaha. Keep it up man, that cycle is going to be rediculous for you!

On the drinking note- hahaha, it shouldn't be a biggie. All three are toxic to the liver, but only to a certain extent. Only the SD is 17aa, but you must already know all that fun stuff. You should be fine... I had one beer when I was on my Fini / PP cycle; had it when I was just using Fini. If you can shy away from the drinks at least till you finish the SD, your liver should be fine especially since you have adequet ancillaries.

sh*t. i thought i was gonna fly through the cycle w/ no sides but i was wrong. Around days 14-16 i started to feel sensitivity around the nipple area. For example, it would kinda sting a little when i wore a jacket over my clothes. Anyways, to combat this, i started taking 20mg of Tamox to ensure gyno stays the f*ck away from me. I`m planning on running the Tamox at 20mgs for the rest of the cycle, then stop during PCT since I will use Clomi for PCT. Anyways, does anyone else have any other recommendations?

Because of this I decided to STAY AT 20MGS for week 3 and maybe continue on at 20mg for week 4 as well. So in total, it will be 4 weeks of SD at 20mgs.
We`ll see how this works for now i guess.
 
Lifting Log:

Day 14-Legs/bi`s
Did my Squat and Leg Press routine as usual and the NUMBERS ARE UP!! f*ck yeah!
I did 7 sets of squats at 145x15,145x15,225x12,245x10,275x8,275x8,225x8

The blue indicates improvements since before i got to 275 for 3-5times max. But w/this cycle, i did the 275 for 2 sets at 8reps and NO FATIGUE WHATSOEVER!! I think the Fini and SD is CRAZY when it comes down to recovery. Now(next day after doing squats) my legs ARE NOT TIGHT AT ALL seriously!!! I cant freaking believe it since usually i would be having a hard time walking normally.

Whats more is that i still had energy to do Leg Presses after Squats and went up to 7 plates on each side for 8 reps. I think that would add up to 630lbs on Leg Presses AFTER squats.

After my leg workout, i did 2 exercises of 4 sets for EZ curl and 3sets of 21`s for bi`s.

All in all, i`m loving the recovery time since its pretty much non-existant. If you guys want me to post more detailed info on my workouts just let me know. I`ll try to write it up if i have free time from work. all rite thats all for now.

haha.. i was actually thinking the same thing. once i`m done w/the SD part, DRINKING is FAIR GAME :woohoo: of course once in a while..hehe..

Seemingly a lot of people mentioned this with the use of the Fini... I know diplomat is an avid believer in it, but I will find out for myself during my next cycle. I hope I am not one of the ones who get gyno.
 
Shoulder log:

not much time so i'll just post the differences i noticed..

DB shoulder presses: 90x10 and 90x8 for another set. Usually i would have a hard time trying to push 90's for 10 reps but this time it was much more easier even for the 2nd set.

All in all, stamina was pretty crazy since i lifted almost for 90mins straight. all for now..
 
my bad guys for not writing in a while. kinda hurt my hand from sparring a couple days ago...

UPDATES on SIDES: after taking 20mg of Tamox, the nipple sensitiveness seems to have gone away...THANK god!

On a bad note, my body has been somewhat tight as of late. maybe due to martial arts training or lifting too much. but because of this, i decided to jump to 30mg of SD for 5 days, then go back to my original agenda of 20mgs for the last week.

As for progress, I can tell i'm becoming a bit more vascular as of late. maybe due to some jogging and martial arts training. My calorie intake is a "normal" for my standards. The only difference is that i'm taking weight gainers w/my protein.

I'll try to update more. Just feel free to ask questions and i'll try to answer them.
 
my bad guys for making this a pretty ****ty log. tweaked my neck the other day when i was working on the clench w/some friends. Anyways as for updates..

I drop the SD one week short because i decided i didnt want to run SD for 5 weeks. Instead i might run the Fini for the remainder of the cycle in addition to Prostanozol.

As for strength, things are progressing though i'm not focusing on max reps but moreso on fuller workouts and vascularity. Strength AND endurance is good on ALL workouts.

I'm unexpectedly busy w/work recently which is why its been tough for me to make everyday posts. But like i said, just ask me whatevers. aite..

After taking 100mg prostan and upping to 18ml on Fini.. the "boys" went out on vacation!!!:rant: AAARRGGGHHH!!

I`m still taking 20mg of Tamox but am considering dropping it and taking an AI like PCT or some Tribex to combat this. Would anyone have any recommendations? PLEASE ADVISE!!

Anyways my focus isnt to gain too much mass since its becoming INCREASINGLY hard to buy clothes here (i kid you not!! its actually a pain in the ASS!:frustrate ) Jpn people are just waaay too small and i bet anyone of you guys out here could buy a shirt, flex, then go home w/ a ripped sleeve.

anyways, enough ranting. Again my focus is to become more vascular and hard, while at the same time increase strength at my current weight of about 198~200lbs.
 
As for weight: i'm at 203~204lbs. Thats about a 5lb increase since i started this cycle. Keep in mind that i run once a week and do MMA training for about 15~25mins sometimes after my lifts.

Shoulder strength is good! I'm repping the 90lbs DBs for shoulder presses 8~10 for 2 sets.

Bench is good as well. I have yet to test my one rep max. So far i've just been focusing on getting 3~4 reps of heavy weight. Currently, i can do the 275 on barbell for 2 sets x 3 reps. Not too bad considering i had a hard time getting 1~2 reps just for ONE set before cycle.

Due to slight injury on my hand and wrist, i haven't been able to do heavy deadlifts. As soon as i'm able, i'll post the results. Last time i checked, my PB on Deadlifts was 352lbs.

The same goes for squats. Due to back pumps from the SD, i didnt max out on Squats. Hopefully soon i'll get my chance. My PB for squats the last time i checked was 315lb for about 3~4 reps. Yeah i know, i got to work on this...

Some changes to the cycle...

i decided to up the dosages on the Prostan since after reading ANABOLICS 2006 by William Llewellyn, he basically states something like "for men, 100-150mg per day will be suffice for a decent effect, while HIGHER doses will be needed for a very strong anabolic effect."

Given this new info. from a very reliable source, heres my new prostan cycle..

week 4: first 3 days 100mg, last 4 days 125mg /Fini-18ml
week 5: first 3 days-150mg, last 4 days-175mg /Fini-21ml
week 6: 200mg /Fini-21ml
week 7: 225mg /Fini-24ml
week 8: 250mg /Fini-24ml or 27ml

The first 2 weeks is moreso a primer for my body to get adjusted to the higher doses. In addition, i still will be taking 20mg of Tamox everyday. I'm not too sure if i should cont. for 5 weeks or cut it to 2-3 weeks. Any recommendations? Thanks for any advice in advance!

well, you could always start some nolva at low dosages for the gyno, just make sure it is actually gyno... looks like you're another gyno casualty of finigenx...
 
yeah man that f*ckin sucks ass dude. cant f*ckin believe it. For those intend to do a cycle like this, make sure you have that Tamox in the reserve bin waiting! Anyways, on w/some good news..

I think the Prostan is kickin quite well. I'm at 125mg now but will jump to 150 tomorrow. I did shoulders today and man did i have some stamina. I was actually pretty tired from work and thought i was gonna have a ****ty workout. Turns out i freakin broke my record on DB shoulder presses!! Normally i would do 90lbs DBs for 6-9 reps max for 2 sets. But today i f*ckin repped it for 12 times!!! It wierd. It just felt much more easier to do today than before. I ended up doing 3 sets of 90lbs DBS at 12, 9, 8. The rest of my shoulder workout was smooth as well. Not too much lactic acid burn as well as strength and stamina gains.

Jumped on the scale again today and still at the same weight of 92.9 kg. The good thing is that i dropped some body fat since i'm incorporating more running to my routine. I think i'll end up running 2-3 times a week max. Though i dont want it to ruin my Squat/Deads day. We'll see what happens.
 
Sorry guys. i'm gonna have to cut this log short. just found out i have to go on a business trip all of sudden and i'm gonna be REALLY busy after that as well. In addition, i'm still combating this gyno which is kinda scary so i figure to lay of the prostan for now and just still w/tamox. F*ckin tamox is taking a while to kick in i must admit. I got some letro on the way as well. hopefully that will save my ass from this. SORRY TO CUT IT SHORT but work just got busy. I'll be sure to make a more detailed log for my next cycle. MY BAD GUYS.
 
next time, give before & after measurements. and before and after weight. and you should've have drank or did cardio. or did martial arts.
