Hi Folks,

I'm 58 yo. 5'10". 165 lbs. 12% bf. Strength training 2X/week. HIIT 2X/week. Play multiple sports the rest and work full time. Over the past 2 years I have progressed from 158 lbs. 16% bf. stayed the same height though. ;) I cycle natty sups. I take creatine, agmatine, beta alanine caffeine and GlycoCarn on strength training days. I also take 75 grams of protein powder everyday on top of my daily calorie intake of about 1800 - 2000. I eat good fats, high protein and low carbs. Need more? let me know. I'm hoping you're going to tel where to send my address.

I'm currently on a 4day routine. Active life - artist/performance artist/percussionist/outdoorsman. I've been hitting my training hard the past year, basically off & on to varying degrees since high school. Diet - IF - lean meats (wild game), lots of fish, no sodas, try to steer clear of junk in general....

I'd love to give this PWO a go - currently switching my training to pre-work, so that's got me rolling out of bed @ 5:30 - a little pick me up would be appreciated....

I've been the hunt for a PWO supp that won't keep me up. I work nights and usually hit the gym around 3am. I would love to try this! Holla Back!!!
 
Get those logs up boys. I've heard good things about Volatile and this will back that up.
