Finally Venom tri lean Cutting cycle

day 18 Cont'


Decided against weight training today....but did do another 30 minutes of that killer cardio this evening.....i think i found my new addiction.....whoa....id never imagine myself saying that im addicted to cardio......maybe this stack is effecting my mind also...hehe
 
Day 19

today was a hectic day....i had alot of running around to do.....so nothing really got done today...i was able to squeeze 30 min of cardio in before i went ot work at 3:30...thats about it....oh..i did some side bridges to work my core out a little bit more ....

I might take the rest of the week off of weight training and give my body a good rest before the last week of this cycle.....ive been doing alot of poking around in the forums and alot of people say that doing lots of reps doesnt really help anything....and maybe actually hurt muscle growth....and thats pretty much what i am doing right now is mostly reps.....no hard weights ......so..maybe i will just cut down this last week into 1 day of a full body workout...1 exercise per muscle...then 1 day off.....and keep the cardio going at least 1 time a day....maybe more on the off weight training days....every since i changed up the cardio into more of an whole body/upper body cardio workout....it has become much more enjoyable....and makes me want to more of it....

Also....im thinking about going to a Keto diet....i mean..im kinda on one now....but.....im doing about 75-150 carbs a day...i stagger them throughout the week.....im think the next 2 days.....drop the carbs to about 20ish....and then starting monday....just keep my carbs around 30-50 per day, maybe a little more depending on what i have to choose from for meals...which would consist of outmeal in the morning (about 27 carbs) probably 2 or 3 protein shakes during the day (about 6 carbs each) and a bunch of eggs.....tuna...lean beef,pork and chicken... probably going to hopefully get about 6 to 8 meals in a day......each meal consisting of about 40 to 50g of protein.........that should put me around 300 to 400g of proten a day which is almost 1.5g of protein per pound...Fresh veggies (spinach,broccoli,celery,asparagus,lettuce and onions...cant forget the onions...hehe)......and im probably gonna invest in a fiber supp.

im probably going to do the 20g of carbs the next 2 days...but ill decide by sunday night if im going to stick to what i have above....or tweak it a little....maybe a little more carbs....who knows....i just know ill be researching the crap out of this the next couple of days.

Been researching alot more exercises....just because i have no challenge in my weight training anymore....its boring....i have to be able to push myself....and just doing a SH** load of reps doesnt do it for me....im hoping soon...after i recover from my upcoming ankle surgery...ill be able to get a membership to a gym.....and really start to fu** some sh** up......and do some REAL workouts......for now....ill just do like i said above...one exercise per mucle group...and do my dips...cant forget those. start doing some more core exercises like side bridges.....and just experiment with some new things to keep my interest. anyways...enough of me talking tonight
 
Day 21

Taking the day off and resting from everything.


Cant wait to see my results tomorrow. im pretty sure i lost again in weight and my midsection. we will see


Will be starting my alternate workout routine for the last week of the cycle before my surgery....monday, wensday and friday will be doing full body weight training...and cardio will be done every morning and maybe sometimes in afternoon if i dont have to work.

Will be doing some sort of core work every day....

as for the log....wont be listing exercises or reps or anything anymore...just will keep a day to day update.....not alot of interest in this thread/stack anymore...the newness has worn out....but i was mostly doing this for me anyways..and if someone got anything out of it....its a bonus.
 
Day 22

lost about another 4 lbs....i didnt take a dump yet when i got weighed...but i ate a good amount yesterday...so...and also i had a little bit more salt than i wanted to...so im guessing im retaining water a little...hence the increase in the waist a little....but i look smaller tonight than i did this morning...so i dont know.....as for the BF%....i guess all my other measurments were off i guess...just by number...the % going down wasnt i dont think...but i tried a mathmatical way to get your body fat % and everyone says its about 1 % within what they get....so....if that is the case......last weigh in i had a 43 1/2 waist and was 259....and that came out to be 24% BF according to the math equation....i did it twice just to make sure...so....i guess i have more fat on me than i thought...oh well...the main thing is that im losing it...and thats all i really care about....i cant remember the equation of the top of my head...so i will do an edit to tell you what my measurements compute out too

Workout today was good.....up a few reps on most exercises...
 
day 24


45 minutes of cardio..

full body training on bowflex w/pullups and dips on dip station

reps are still climbing

still feel good with no notable side effects.....i had about 6 thyrogen left over after i put this weeks pills into my case...so i added another dose of it in the afternoon with my sesamax and venom hd.......wont have it on sunday...but thats ok...cant take anything after sunday anyways cause of my surgery on tuesday.....
 
sounds like everything has been going awesome! I was torn between this stack or going with powerfull/symmetry/cissus. (Totally different I know) This is definately my next stack! Very impressed! Don't forget to show us updated pics!

day 25


45 minutes cardio AM

30 minutes cadio PM


everything is still going well.....been looking at myself every day in the mirror and it seems that the weight i am losing is from the bottom of my ribcage and up......and on my legs......the midsection seems like the part that is lacking....my love handles have dissapeared a bit....and you can see the outline of my obliques....but its this damn lower ab region that i cant seem to shake....and of course.....that is the part that makes you look fat....regardless of anything else....that has been major pain in the ass for me my whole life....my top 2 abs you can see a faint outline....nothing spectacular....but its something....but trying to get the mid and lower abs to show is going to be a 6 months undertaking i think.....being an endo sucks because you know that you are solid underneath and pretty big...but that layer of fat that most endo's have is just barely covering the definition that would make you look badass....and its the hardest damn thing to get rid of....oh well...i will keep working at it as best as i can till monday....and seem to be having an issue with water retention.....cause some days i look and feel really lean....and then other days i feel lumpy and squishy....and i dont know what im doing to fluctuate like that....i cut my salt intake to almost nothing....just a little on my eggs in the morning....and i drink water like a fish...about 2.5 to 3.5 gallons a day....mostly because of this stack...but i used to drink tons of water before this stack anyways.....so if anyone has any ideas on what to do with this water retention...let me know......also im gonna take some psyllium husks (or howerver you spell it) for the next few days......i havent really been regular lately....which will cause my metabolism to slow nad hold a little more weight....and maybe it will help a little with the water issue...i heard that fiber helps regulate that somewhat....

Edit: workout was good again today.....for some reason i like exploded on alot of the exercises today....like i gained 8 reps to my push ups.......6 to my dips......2 to my pull ups....very odd.....anyways.....im happy....
 
man you have some of the same exavct problems i have i am also an endo and it sucks really bad and i used to weight 260 lbs but am now down to 185-190 range and the lower part of my stomach still shows and it sucks so i know where you are coming from. And yes some day i feel lean and others i feel like you said "squishy and lumpy" and I have yet to figure it out. And I've had the same problem as you about being regular some times i wouldn't go for about 2 days or so and was wondering what is going on. What is that stuff you said you were taking I haven't heard of it before.
 
what...the psyllium husks???? its a form of cheap and effective fiber......i was doing some research last night and this morning and found out i should be taking in a MINIMUM of 38g of fiber a day......that is the LEAST amount i should be having....and i know im not taking in that much....so....im going to supplement with it......im gonna be going with around 50g to start with....and then probably up it from there since my diets consist of high protein low carbs...its supposed to get you flowing the way your supposed to....
 
alrighty.....monday...weigh in and measurement time..and also more pics.....sunday was my last day of the supps....i wieghed myself this morning and i lost about 1 pound...which is normal ...1-2lbs a week.....i will be listing my final measurements with the gains/losses since day one.....and also posting pics.....ive noticed a difference in body comp....dont know if the pics will show the same...but...we will try....i will try to get the before and after pics side by side in one file so you can actually compare....anyways...stayed tuned....should have everything by 12 est...
 
mpkonig - for us endo's the only way we're going to see full on abs is less than 10% bf. Never been there myself but thats the goal damnit! Good luck btw! Love seeing your progress...

yeah those damn lower abs. Well I gave in this morning and ordered some lipoderm. I have had success in the past with a topical and I think now that I am getting pretty low in bf% this might just be the extra weapon i need in my quest for my six pack. Great log btw looks like your really making progress.

Thighs Left: 27 1/2 (-1 1/2in) Right:27 (-1in)

Calves Left: 18 1/2 (-1/2in) Right: 19 (unchanged)




The stack seems to be a great success.....very minimal if any loss of lean mass......it seems by the measurements most of my weight was lost from the legs, back and midsection. The pictures came out decent too....to me it seems like a big difference.....i added some random flex pics cause my GF thought it would be a good idea.....whatever.....the difference in my legs is probably because of my bad ankle and me favoring one side to the other and so on and so forth.....

I hope this log has helped or at least entertained some of you guys.....i cant wait till i am able to work out again after my surgery...i will be running a non-stim stack..probably consisting of sesamin and Camph....maybe throw a few other things in....maybe a topical like targex-1......maybe not..since its recommended for lower BF% people...hehe.....im defintetly going to add to the sesamin and Camph....just dont know exactly what yet....anyways.....thanks to everyone that gave me support and motivation...i appreciate it....

Wow! Love those results. Can definately see a difference in the love handles bro. Good luck on your surgery - keep eating clean during your surgery to speed up recovery time. Anyways great stuff! This is def on my list next!

wow great resultsa ankle surgey huh what caused you to have that. I fractured a bone in my foot right now and am in a cast it sucks.

on the job.....tripped on some pipe nad rolled my ankle....but...in order not to break my neck..i had to jump over another pile of pipe.....landed on the other side of pipe...but the road was at a pitch...and rolled the same ankle again....but......with all my weight coming down on it.....heard a pop.....swole up immediateley on one side of my ankle the size of a softball.....it was fun.....
 
hope you didn't rip anything. Man you sound accident prone, maybe try a different type of shoe. I love crosstrainers i'm lighter on my feet but you can roll ur ankles pretty easily. Whenever i'm about to roll my ankle I put all my weight on the other foot and make a little one foot hop.

Take the week off except stay on the diet. I bet your body would like some time off from your pretty tough workout and supp push u just made.

Ice that mother and keep it elevated.

Hope ur doing better.
 
GREAT job man!!! Being an Endo, you also have to look at the estrogen receptor problem we have... Typically endos have higher receptors in our chest lower back, lower abs, and legs-prety almost every damn where!!! SO, to take the fat away and deactivate it I would also suggest PCT by ALRI sold by AX, Jungle Warfare which I am on right now while on my PCT, and LX as Lean Xtrem bought my abs out for my contest, along with Venom, but the finishing ingredient was def the LX that stuff is potent, esp at night, I sweat through towels bro. But overall keep it up, and your abs will be here in no time !!!

I am on the stack right now and I have been having a problem over the past 3 days or so... I have been getting really bad cotton mouth and my throat feels sort of tight and sore. I drink about a gallon and 1/2 throughout the day but I can't seem to get rid of the symptoms. Did you have any problems like this?

its going to happen....seems pretty common......just keep drinking water and maybe some gatorade.....they will subside a little as you get further into the stack.....just stick with it....believe me...its worth it.....
 
Impressive, very impressive, i'll have to give this stack a try, dropping fat has never come easy to me.
 
Also i just thought i'd mention that Anabolic Pump is on sale now and is PERFECT for us Endo's. Looking at those pics again, wow man that's some serious fatloss. Are you going to keep cutting or what? I'm looking to drop 20lbs and get in contest ready condition.

i might change it up a little but for right now and what ive read.....it seems like a pretty solid stack......

I recently did the USPlabs Fat Cascade Stack with glucophase and lean extreme and lost 14 lbs the first week...(water) but then things kinda went to a halt... and didnt lost that much for the rest of the stack...but also....was working out at an actual gym ..so i might have gained alot of LBM while i was at it.

The fatloss i attained on the tri-lean stack was definetely amazing....and i would definetely run it again.....just a had one major side that i didnt like..so...if i can find another stack that will do the same.....without that kind of side that i mentioned in the log.....ill be good to go...
