finally started my pmag/pstanz cycle! question on training

I currently lift 4 days a week 2 upper body 2 lower body. I use the westside for skinny bastards template with a few extras.
my problem is that on this cycle so far(only one week in) i am not getting sore at all. Should I up the intensity or add another day and switch to a more isolated program. BTW My goal is to gain weight.
 
you can up the intensity/volume. I wouldn't do more isolation unless you have a specific bodypart or maybe two that are lagging a bit.
