I've been lurking around this board for the last couple weeks asking dumb questions and trying to take in as much information as possible about SD and I've got it, more or less, planned out and intend to start my cycle on Monday. My dosing plan is 10/10/20/20 and I'm taking milk thistle, red rice yeast w/CoQ10, and celery seed. My question is, how much of each of these complimentary supps should I be taking daily and which ones should I continue to take through pct? All feedback is greatly appreciated.
