Final Results of 6 Week Epistane Cycle and PCT

So, yeah finished cycle and finished PCT now. My cycle was 30mg Epistane a day for 6 weeks. I was using EpiMayhem from the UK.

My PCT consisted of pharma grade Nolva and D Asparic Acid and vitamin c for cortisol control, that's it, nothing more. Did that for 4 weeks and I'm fully recovered.

My starting weight was 210 pounds (15 stone). On cycle I hit 224 pounds (16 stone). After PCT I now weigh 217 pounds or 15.5 stone so that's kept gains of 7 pounds in 6 weeks which I'm more than happy with.

Also, and this is the best thing about Epi I have realised is the strength I had on cycle has stayed off cycle. I have lost zero of the strength I made on cycle. I can still dumbell press 2 50kg dumbells like I did on cycle (before cycle I was only just able to do 42.5KG dumbells) and that goes for all other exercises, still lifting the weights I could on cycle.

So there you go, my experience with Epi. Will defo try it again in 6 months I'm sure. Well worth your time.

EDIT: Any users of this compound be aware of the intense lathegy you get on cycle. I was advised on here to stack it with stano or something like that to combat that issue but I never got any in time and I suffered the worst tiredness and lathergy ever. So stack it to combat that issue.

You used vit c for cort control? Next time, get something else like Reduce XT. Vit C wont suppress high cort.

Nice results though :D

I not got no before pics mate, I'm not really one who does pictures on the internet to be honest though.

@ Jiigzz Studies show vitamin C reduces cortisol. I'm not one to use designer PCT stuff though, I just like to keep it simple and to the point in PCT and it worked well by using just those 3 things. Adding in other stuff like designer PCT just adds even more stuff in PCT, too much stress and money with no guarantee of being useful..

Not to the effect you think it does brother. I highly suggest you use something stronger next time.

Google "Vitamin C Examine" then read up on the cortisol part

Using reduce Xt is just as easy, it doesn't complicate anything. The only difference is it actually will reduce cortisol to a very beneficial degree, unlike the vit c you're using.
It's also very affordable.
It's not just made for pct. I have ran anti cortisol products solo numerous times.

Nolva
20/20/10/10
Pct Assist
4/4/4/4
Reduce Xt
0/0/3/3/3/3

This looks pretty simple to me...
it's also very effective. This is the base for every one of my pct's, and I always recover quickly. And I don't plan to be on trt anytime soon even though I cycle fairly often.

Thanks for the update, glad you happy with the gains
