This makes less sense when you think about it. Ok a supplement you can use during cycle to gain more strength and you use it only after to hold onto the less gains you achieved not using creatine. Don't worry about it I too was taken into that most moronic broscience. Preworkouts should not be used on cycle because of blood pressure issues.
