FINAFLEX welocmes another vet to the mix!

it has been a busy week for us at FINAFLEX - always growing, always pushing the frontiers of new compounds and product development - and in turn, always getting busier and busier on the best online forum around for all things bodybuilding :D

with that in mind - we have added several great guys to the crew in this past week, and had several more apply for the opportunity - unfortunately, we just didn't have the ability to fit all of them in at this time....one fella I have been in discussion with for the position, loosely in the beginning and then more thoroughly as our conversation progressed and our mutual interest grew, is the final veteran piece to the crew (for now anyway)..

SO - all that said, it is time to unveil and introduce the newest, latest, greatest addition to the fray..
as mentioned, a veteran to this forum as well as several others over the yrs..
a man of great experience, a wealth of knowledge, a sizzling persona (and hey I hear he is kinda cute too).....

I just wanted to share my PHAT ass promoting breakfast with my new brothers...
8 oz lean homemade meatloaf with oats and Ezekiel bread/ garden grown peppers and onions
1.5 cups rice with a teaspoon of maple syrup/ 1 cup of milk
4 cups of coffee
handful of stims
100 mgs of trestolone.

then off to the gym 4 hammy work to grow my PHATness.
do you think that's a decent plan or should I stick to the basics? like poptarts and pushups...

I'm all in when there's meatloaf for breakfast! I could eat breakfast 5 times a day like that!
What is this thing called pop tart... A steak with sweat and sour???? lol
 
ive only seen them in the wild. however many people seem to say they taste great, are less filling , and of course somehow fit their macros...:blink:
 
I'm in for meatloaf .... I actually told my lady that for my next birthday to ditch the BD Cake and make me a nice big meatloaf in the shape of a BD cake .... plop a few candles in it and call it good ;)

Meat loaf .... just like any other meatloaf. Just in place of BD Cake. I only suggested that she make it round rather than the standard loaf form for appearance sake .... more like a BD Cake. Then hell yeah I will put the BD candles in it and call it a BD Cake ;) I've never really been into sweets anyhow .... grew up on a farm eating grass fed, home grown beef on a daily basis too. Meat is good :)
 
yea, I got that. I was making a joke bout gorge carlins stand up when he finds meat cake in the fridge. :32:

No worries. I like George Carlin .... been a while though. His view on politics and how he incorporated that into his act would be amazing if he were alive today .... our current administration would provide him with a never ending supply of material thats for sure ;)
