A small preview of my dinner.
I'm using 6 oz of steak. 6 oz of chicken sausage. 6 oz of pork tenderloin. And 12 oz of bacon
 
Oh man I just had dessert.
Banana protein
8 oz almond milk
6 oz liquid egg whites
1tbsp cinnamon
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 cup coconut cream Greek yogurt

Shake was awesome. Wonder what I would have to do to make that into ice cream??
 
G8 down the hatch. Some stretching and rolling. Then it's bed time. Tomorrow starts my last week of stimz. Time to step my game up. Even though progress has been through the roof. Just in lbs lost I've went for. 210 to 194 in 3 1/2 weeks. 10 lbs that first week. Then evened out at about 2.5-2.75 weekly
 
StimZ has proven to be quite successful for you it appears. 16lbs down in 3 1/2 weeks is pretty stellar if you ask me. You definitely earned those awesome kebabs and desert ;)

I'll be honest I couldn't event eat it all. I got like 2/3-3/4 of the way through and could barely move lol. So I'll kill the rest with dinner tonight

I bought a cuisinart ice cream maker. You make your shake, pour it into the frozen bowl (which you pre-freeze for 18 hours). The machine churns it, and 20 minutes later you have soft serve.

I dunno why. You could probably just set the shake outside and let the tundra turn it into ice cream.

Ok so from about the end of today to Monday my schedule is gonna be brutal. I got the gym. Finals this week. Resume building with the chics that do it at school Wednesday. Thursday pre-race registering. Then this is my rally car race weekend. Stimz runs out Saturday but I'm gonna do my best to have all details in by Friday. I don't think my #'s will reflect honestly if i wait to do them Monday after being at the track all weekend. I'm sure bad food and beer will be involved. I plan on packing a cooler full of food. Protein. My 30lb kb and my trx. But who knows how things will pan out

That's why I have a permanent schedule set in the alarm. M-F it goes off at 0330, and on compound lift days I schedule an earlier one.
 
Got resume building after class today. But gonna try to make it back to the gym for some core/cardio. But time will tell....
 
Resume done. Boom. But later than I thought. No extra cardio tonight. Gonna do a small amount of core tonight with my lax and roller work
