So I'm thinking about this shake I'm gonna add. 8oz almond milk + 6 oz egg whites + protein powder = at least one pound gained by morning just in fluids in my belly. True or way not true??

Geez, I usually eat 10oz and about 4 times that sweet potato... I would be weak if I only ate that morsel. What do your macros look like again?
 
I'm eating 3 whole eggs a day
7-10 oz ground meat
3 hb egg whites
2 shakes
16 oz almond milk
12 oz egg whites
4-7 oz sweet tater
2 salads
1/8 cup almonds
1 oz Colby cheese
Dressings on salad
About 8000 gallons of water lol. That's it atm
 
I haven't sat and counted macros. I just know that keeps me full and I'm losing bf & lbs which is my goal. There will def be some reverse dieting in the future
 
Still awake. Tomorrow is leg and carb day. Woo woo. For the carbs lol. No squatting at all tomorrow. Not trying to have my back go out and it's borderline at best. Not sure exactly how to get a killer leg day in. Lots of pressing and leg curls. I'm sure I can get creative

I've found that you only want to go a couple hundred cals at a time. Only takes a few minutes a day to use MyFitnessPal.

I agree 100%. But with that said ...
A long time ago I started blogging on am under my other screen name. I had the luxury of tons of free awesome advice. From mr register. From mr monte. From paratroop and I continue to get the same unconditional help from them and many new others. (Wasme,turf....and the list goes on)But the man who gave me the best diet advice worked with me to lay out a diet plan while I was logging px black. Another phenomenal Finaflex supp. A few days into that plan I was like yo I can't eat all this while im taking these diet control supps. He said u eat as much as u possibly can and don't touch ur macros until u can eat this entire meal plan. I didn't completely listen then. But I'm committed to that said plan right now. I'm not hungry. I'm not struggling with fatigue. I'm toning. Tightening. Shedding water weight. Shedding bf%. Shedding total lbs. if I lose some (small amounts) muscle mass along the way right now I'm ok with it. Loss is my goal right now. FYI the guy who told me that was mr snags....
 
I hope today goes much better than the start of my morning. Because of certain family situations I don't have a vehicle at my disposal. I told myself no matter what is make it to the gym everyday. Well today it's raining. Barely misting on the walk there. No biggie. Torrential downpour on the way home. Made the storm on karate kid look like a sprinkle....strike one

Some a$$ hole loaded the calf raise machine up with 45lb plates. Upside down so I couldn't grab the lips. After I smashed my fingers about 47 times before I got mad. By the time I got to the last 90lbs I jerked both places off and slung them. Dang temper. Thankfully it hit the dumb bell rack and not the wall/mirrors. Now my right shoulder feels horrible....strike two.

Hopefully I make it through the rest of my day without anymore issues. Routine up as soon as I'm prepped for class

I think your best bet is to just go back to bed before something bad happens. LOL
 
Pretty sure Steve would've said track your macros. And I'm not saying you have to stick to a certain calorie amount, although I do think it's best to meet certain minimums. But right now you have no data to determine anything. Are you at 1200, 1500, 1800, 2200? When you lose the weight then what? Add muscle, usually is the answer... But you need to know how much to increase Cals by and you'll have no idea what your baseline has been during the reduction phase. But hey, I guess winging it is ok...lol

And I greatly appreciate all the advice. And u are correct Steve never for a second said don't count my macros. I just have the diet we put together at a macro plan together at 22-2400. And I still have that plan written to a tee. At whatever % split that Steve said I need for fat/protein/carbs. Now I'm eating as much as possible off that list. And as I come off stimz I will slowly work my way back up to consuming the entire meal plan. After 2 weeks at eating the full predetermined plan. I'll readjust macros from there

Foam roller and some lax ball work finished up. Had a casein shake with 1/2 cup oats about 30 mins ago. G8 and nighty night time
 
Today was an awesome session. First time In a long time I've been able to get the bar to me chest and it be pain free on incl bp!! Used fat grips on all me bb movements and tried the 4-0-1-0 tempo. Which wasn't far off from what I been doing this whole time. Sick chest pump today though. Updates from my session after I'm prepped for class
 
Where do you get pain on the bench?

How much were the grenades?
 
In my shoulders. It usually hurts from the time I unrack the bar. But utilizing tut and light weight it's not as bad and I used to come right to my chin and it was so painful I didn't go lower. Today all reps to chest with no pain other than the bit of tension un racking

Grenades were 60$. Once they showed up though I felt kinda dumb. I'm at a school that taught me to fabricate. And we have tons of ba machining tools. I could have made them myself for 20-30$ prolly

Hahahahahaha. I do these almost every other day along with scap rotations with 2.5 lb plates. Improved a lot as far as internal pain , strength , and mobility
 
Yo I could prolly make tons of dope stuff. The shoulder rok bars. Football bars. And sleds. Wtf have I been thinking not doing this lol.

Got 10 days left @ 2 pills a day. Gonna incorporate more cardio over the next week. Cause after I'm done I wanna start going back up on cal intake and I'll prolly switch over to a 5x5 routine. I really like the strength gains but gotta eat more for it to be truly effective

Yeah 5x5 I loved before. Plus I feel like my body is healthy/conditioned enough to start adding some poundage to my lifts
