A lil more update on the rally car pit crew. I'm def in. It's the 18-21 in New York. I can't remember the track right now but I'm stoked. Won't knew who's crew I'll be on till I get there. But ken block and Travis pastrana will be racing there. This is a super awesome opportunity to do some sick job networking

What's the brand of sriracha lime? Uncertain if I've seen that.
 
So my work out today was about 1/2 the volume I like to do on chest day. I was completely smoked at the end from tut but I feel like I should be doing more. Just outta time. I really like the light weight tut stuff I've been doin. I especially focus on that style of lifting on chest and shoulder day. These days give my shoulders issues. I have noticed that while my range of motion isn't any better my pain free range of motion across the board has changed. There's and up and down side to everything. I'm just gonna play around with it a while and see how it goes/I feel.

Decline bp/pec dec fly

Alternating db press/push ups.
While alternating each press the non moving arm was held just below lock out
5x10/5@30/bw

Decline fly/band pull a parts
3x10/10@30/??

All movement done as slow as possible except band pull aparts which I do fast as possible. I rest 30 seconds between each set and whatever time it takes to set up and clean weights. Other than that all time is tut. This work out took me an hour

I like that garlic sriracha too. I haven't tried the rubs.
 
I'm starting to build a small tolerance to the Stimz. But I'm taking it at 330 am. And nothing serious but it's not lunch time and I'm hungry.
 
I'm feeling good about all my lifting. Soreness isn't bad. Mobility is improving. Bf and weight #'s are improving. Diet is squared away. Not 100% cause sometimes time doesn't allow me to cook. But I'm back in a place of feeling good overall. Except my back pain but hopefully this slow and steady lift plan I been on will make some minor improvements
 
I am going to have to look for these rubs / seasonings up here... might be hard to find though. Great session man.

We advise that you follow bottle recommendations, but I personally used more than the recommend dose for PX White and likely will for Stimz.

I'm not even at the recommended dose technically. It says take one to asses tolerance then go to two daily as needed. Imma bump to two on Monday. I been waiting on this day @ 1 pill actually lol
 
I have been taking two a day at seperate times and with zero issues. I also had the wife check my bp last night, and it was 120 over 76 ssoooo..... its good for me at that dose.

I actually don't mind. I ate the grapefruit then mixed the eggs and burger. Covered it with hot sauce. That's just not visually aesthetic like that lol

Was waiting around to hit the gym. Think Imma let my body rest some instead. I'm gonna do some mobility and recovery stuff. Try out these shoulder Rok drills. And do some core. Nothing intense. No gym. All at the house

Interesting read but a little misguided in my opinion. I served 12 years and don't think a thing of saying that. I have a son in now also. And most people have family and or friends who are in or who served. Family and friends earned the right as they had to worry everyday if their loved ones would come home. How did they earn that? Because "they" didn't volunteer to take on that heartache. Also, the people have earned that right because they are the tax payers paying those volunteer soldiers salary and paying for everything they need to get the job done. I personally don't know and haven't met any vet that feels the way of the soldier in the article. Maybe Afghanistan is different than all the other places we have done combat, or maybe our soldiers today aren't quite being broke down the way all our soldiers were during WW2 through Desert Storm.
Yeah, it's a sore spot for me. I personally think our military has gotten pansified...

Been a long day. My demons sick. I been vommitted on twice. So I've ate almost nothing all day. But I finally convinced her to take medicine. She's a fighter. Like a tiny terrorist. But she gets it tried and true from dad. Poor thing. So I'm sure I'll be down too in a day or so. But I'm hoping not

Yeah when I'm afforded the opportunity to test/log/get for free I try my best at giving every detail I find. As each detail effects me. Super busy day fellas. Updates late tonight. If not tomorrow. Early start. Late finish. Hard hrs.... But I still was in the swoleseum this am

0143. I'm up. Trying to sleep in a Honda Civic. Eating an egg salad sandwich reading a car magazine. But at least I ain't piss$d off. Hard to tell when the gym will fall into place. But I can honestly say if 48 hrs ago u asked me where I'd be at this time. Never woulda guessed this.
