FINAFLEX STIMZ RUN

Sub! Awaiting my stimz to start my log. Glad to see it is good to counter hunger!

Yeah it's definitely controlling my urge to eat all day. I'm only three days In on taking it but I don't force myself to over eat on it. I just eat till I'm not hungry. Regardless of it being one bite or 20. If I gotta eat 37 different times to get my food in that's what I do.

Today's routine:
Squats A2G
5x10&95

Standing straight bar fg curls/db oh ext
5x10/10@45/35

Another long day. But my butts not dragging across the welcome mat coming in thanks to Stimz. So far so good on appetite control and prolonged energy throughout the day. The extra energy is nice and clean also. No jitters. No hard crashes. I'm digging it for sure

It's like old times with you posting this much. Nice updates man.

Well just spent a few minutes on my roller. Some stretches. And chugged down a 1/2 scoop of g8 with 250 ml water. I hit up some lax and static stretching every morning In the gym as well.

Nice log so far ! Glad StimZ is working so well for you. I too have really enjoyed the energy and appetite suppression packed into one powerful little pill. Awesome stuff!

Nah, make the best of it man! Recovery is often a good thing and that's what sleep is!

Slacker...

Some almonds. 1/8 cup

Just a snack. I also had breakfast. Just a shake and grapefruit

I been slowly eating all day. Taking Stimz @ 8 instead of 330 has definitely suppressed my appetite. Which is in no way a bad thing. Winning.

Hit the gym as soon as I got outta class. A quick back session. Gotta bust hump to get ready for tomorrow and be on schedule. A few updates before bed though.

So here's a little info in stoked about. And I'm gonna say results aren't typical but I been on Stimz less than a week and I've gone from....
210 at 32% bf to [email protected]% today according to my scales. 53.3% water. Bmi of 31.9 and muscle mass of 72.3 %. Now tbh I'm not sure how the water%, bmi % and muscle mass % are figured up and what my ideal numbers should be. But the lbs and bf % lost in a week is phenomenal. I'll try to get my diet posted a lil more thoroughly this week also

11# in a week is huge. Was your diet crap prior to first weigh in?

Ah, dropping that water weight. Still a lot of poundage.

425 shrug - getting some heavy weight back into the workout. Awesome. Congrats, I think, on that much weight loss. I would assume too that a lot of that is water. Hopefully it stabilizes out to just a couple lbs a week. No more than 4(which is an extreme but possible without losing LBM).

Agreed. I figure if from here on out 2lbs/week is realistic and obtainable as far as healthy loss goes. And at that rate id be down 17lbs at the end of a 4 week run. Wich if 1/2 that was actual bf it's tons of progress

I'll be honest @ 425 I cheated and bounced a lil. Not much but still form wasn't strict

Question.. you way yourself on that scale at the same time and same conditions? Only ask because depending on hydration/time of day etc... those 'body analysis' step on scales can give dramatically different results. I am not saying it is wrong, just dont want you to get on in 3 days and see it all go the other way on you...to be accurate even if it is a little off, always try to step on under the same conditions.

In fact only use to gauge progress. I'm pretty sure the water testing is the only accurate way to test bf. That doesn't matter though, you just want to keep the numbers moving in the right direction.

Yes. Morning. As soon as I hit the floor. Before anything has been consumed. Be it food supps or liquids. Always the same conditions

I agree with ur view on it 100%. That's like I use the bf calipers and pinch test a lot. Which I don't feel is any more accurate than the digital scales I now have at home but I use them as reference to a set goal. As long as my numbers continually progress towards that goal I'm happy

I am freakin pumped!!! I just got slotted to go to New York in September and work on a pit crew for a rally race. Hopefully it goes as planned and all works out!!!!!!!!

Then all will be consistant if not totally accurate! Good to hear
