Finaflex Sleep Squared: Restfull Nights Logging OP

I don't know about you all but I had a refreshing nights sleep! :p

G8 is great for refreshing nights sleep.This is my review I posted a while back.

I mixed it with 8 ounces of water and it mixed just fine.The flavor is Lemon Freeze but the color of it is green.It don't taste that bad and you definitely do feel the GABA in it.This product does exactly what is says it does.I slept great and woke up feeling great.Another solid product from a great company.
 
koi1214 - did you run the OG version, or the lemon-freeze version?
the old version was green, had a (putting it nicely) strange and odd taste, and was stronger formula..
the new version is lemon-freeze, is actually a lemonade color not green at all, and is half the dosage of the old version (due to ppl saying old version was too strong, and most ppl were taking 1/2 a serving anyway)

just wanted to clarify, as your description of the color & taste drew red flags
 
I'm excited to run this boys.

It seems scripts dont work for me. I've spent all day delirious with tiredness because of last night. I woke up about 5-6 times which never happens, normally once im asleep im asleep. hoping my melatonin turns up so i can use that until g8 arrives. Not sure how long thats guna take as I'm UK based!

I used this one that had 20 servings in the jug.I thought this is the OG flavor and the new one is Lemon lime?

20 serving tub = old version (not lemon freeze)
40 serving tub = new version (yes lemon freeze)
looks like you got the old tub..
nothing wrong with it, but the improved taste of the lemon freeze is simply magical, one of the best tasting supps I have ever had, period :)

Yeah the OG look like green slime but worked great.
 
1 – Your age--Just turned 38 two weeks ago.

2 – Training Experience--5 years. First 4 spent mainly cutting and losing weight. Working on filling up this loose skin with muscle now!

3 – Current Goals--'Tis the season of baggy shirts and bulking! Looking to pack on 10-15lbs between Oct 1st and Dec 31st.

4 – How often you can update your log--4-5 times a week. I can do daily, but it might be stretching my entertainment abilities to update that often.

I've used 2 bottles of Revolution PCT Black in the past 6 months. I respond very well to it and am cycling off right now. I love how it helps with water retention and increases aggression in the gym!

I average 5-6 hours of sleep a night and have to use Benedryl or doxy to sleep solidly, otherwise I'm up 3-4 times a night. I've tried melatonin but it just makes me have crazy dreams and I don't feel rested after using it. I haven't had to go so far as a script route for better sleep, but I'd prefer to find a natural alternative to the diphenhydramine. I also workout fasted (5:30am--too early to eat before iron), so BCAAs are a must for me. I don't have any experience with SAAs, but hopefully that could change soon?
 
Speaking of perfect taste, use as cold of water as possible and it really enhances the flavor. I've thought about making a bedtime slushy with it!

My past experience with FINAFLEX products? I have used STIMUL8, Max Pump and the OG G8.

Taste/Mixability 5/5 It was not to bitter and taste fine.I mixed it in 8 ounces of water and shook it.It mixed right up and no residue left on bottom of cup.
Energy/Focus The 1 scoop serving gave me great energy and focus.I noticed no jitters and the energy lasted for about a good 3 hours for me.Another good thing I noticed was there was no caffeine crash either.This is a great energy formula and for about $21 at NP it is well worth the money and all you need is 1 scoop.

OK so I took 1 serving of Max Pump with Stimul8 today for my back workout.

BO Rows 135lbs 3x3
BO Rows 65lbs 10x10
Pull ups 5x10
Chin ups 5x10

The pumps were most pronounced in my forearms and muscle fullness was very apparent as well.You not only get nitrates but also get a hefty dose of TMG as well.

1 – Your age - 21

2 – Training Experience - Been lifting since 8th grade on and off for football. Got serious about two years age.

3 – Current Goals: Cutting down to 8-10% BF, so can bulk in mid winter. Also, to maintain my current strength level and keep most of my hard earned muscle mass.

4 – How often you can update your log: At least 4 times a week, as that is how may times I'm in the gym.

Also, what is, if any, your past experience with FINAFLEX products? Used PX with some great results (snagged a highschool girl, but keep that on the down low shhhh dont tell chris hansen haha), and a few samples stimul8.


ps. sorry about late app, was going to put it in a bit earlier, but my friend is a photographer and wanted me to model a bit as he got some new stuff for his studio that he wanted to test.
 
Hmm. I guess everyone who doesn't sleep 100% sound is already in here?
 
Just woke up about half hour ago .... had a late night. Didn't go to bed until 4am. Took my G8 and was out .... slept great. Woke up in the same position I started in .... proof that even if you upset your normal sleep schedule and end up going to bed at an extremely odd time G8 will let you get the deep, recovery sleep you need. Great product !!!

My life has been a little atypical the past couple months. Unfortunately I am unemployed at the moment .... my 20yr career has hit a wall as the industry has dried up in my area. Time for that midlife career change ..... sounds good but its anything but easy to accomplish. May end up having to move out of California ..... If it weren't for the 'Iron Therapy' I would probably go totally nuts.
 
1 – 20

2 – I have been training for around 6 years, 3 years seriously.

3 – Currently working on getting 335+ Bench Press and a 505+ deadlift, and want to get my arms to around 18 inches.

4 – I can update my log daily, at most missing one day a week.
 
1 – Your age - 33, 5'11, 185 lbs, around 9-11% bf

2 – Training Experience - I've been lifting consistently since college. Best lifting stat - benched 225 lb 22x. I'm always looking to try new and fresh bodybuilding workouts. Recent examples - last year I completed the Muscle & Fitness Rock Hard Challenge, this summer I did a couple months of a tabata-styled workout, and I'm just finishing up 6 weeks of GVT.

3 – Current Goals Coming off of GVT, I want to start a good strength based workout with a little lower volume, strength being key, I don't need to gain much size. My joints are definitely starting to feel the effects of the heavy volume from GVT.

4 – How often you can update your log - I work from home so it's easy enough for me to update 4-5x a week.

Also, what is, if any, your past experience with FINAFLEX products? I've had a couple samples of Stimul8 which totally rocked my world. I definitely didn't need the whole packet. And I've had a few samples of G8. Lemon Ice was really tasty. I didn't notice much improvement in sleep.

I normally get 7.5-8.5 hours of sleep, but I wake up a minimal of 2 times every night, it's like clockwork - every 3 hours. I piss and then normally can go right back to sleep. I did a short log for Formutech's sleep aid. It definitely put me into a deeper sleep but I still woke up to piss. I'm always pushing my body to the max so anything that can help with recovery would be awesome. Recovery from GVT leg days has been brutal. I'm hella sore for a good 4-5 days.

4. Honestly, Every other day or every weekends! Depends on work.

Stimul8 best pre I've ever had!!! On my 2nd bottle (bottle last months) I actually gave a friend a sample, ordered 2 immediately. Stimul8 Didn't let my recommendation down.


I usually don't belive in sleep aids, this might make make me one!

After a long day, sometimes the best thing you can do for recovery is to get some good rest... does anyone else feel like getting in on this???
 
G8 has been a godsend for me! Been having the best sleep ever and feel like I am recovering better/quicker leaving me more energized for the next training session. Great product! Great logging opp ...... get in on this people !

I am really interested in the G8. I always have some sleep problems and I have always been searching for help with that. I would love to try it out in hopes that it would help me sleep! :D

I wondered why you hadn't put your app in yet. I remember in your log you and Goliath both having some sleep issues.

G8 is the best sleep aid i ever tried...better than scripts because there were no sides or tollerance[for me, anyways]!!!
