Hammer strength curls in between incline press 30lbs x15

Dumbbell curls with arms out ward to feel it on the inner arm 25x2 sets of 12-
Reg curls 35x12-40x10x2sets
Dumbbell extensions on flat bench 25x2sets of 12-30x2sets of 10
Ez bar skull crushers -65x12x2 sets-75x10x2sets
Rope extensions -60x20-70x15-80x10
Straight bar reverse pull down-70x15-80x12-90x10-100x10
Straight bar push downs--80x12-90x10-100x10
Cable kick backs 2 sets of 20x12reps-30x10 reps-
Abs ...what are abs ? Lol 20 min cardio elliptical.

leg day was great!

Switched to a hammer strength calve /front squat and it targets the glutamus maximus lol man it felt good .

Belly down leg curls- 70x15-80x12-90x10-80x10-70x10
Leg extensions -70x20-80x15-100x12-120x10-130x10-100x10-
Leg curls- 90x20-120x12-130x10-120x10-100x10
Front leg press machine-215x20-240x15-270x12-315x10-
Calve raises /press-130x2sets till failure.
Booooom legs are soar and its day 2 lol

Flat bench hammer strength same weight as previous sets.

Cable fly's with pully to the floor focusing on squeezing the middle pecs.3 sets -30x12-40x10-50x10

Lat raises -25x15 with front raises

Then did some abs . .
Weighed myself sat I was 216- now today 220 lol shouldn't have weighed myself cause when you lift your muscles expanded make you weigh more.
 
Yeah this week I'm not doing much for cardio . Fri and sat I will do cardio I've been tracking what I eat and so sad so good
 
Man hit up shoulders today ...left my phone at home and realized I did after I was half way to work lol

That would destroy my lift. My phone is my music, log, and timer.
 
I used to have a good set of ear buds for tunes.. but then the wife took her ipod back and took off all my good music. smh
anyhow my new gym is like a crusty blue hair gym.. nice equipment but they play the ****ty classic rock station at elevator levels.

Got my old first generation ipod for tunes .... and my log is a binder .... got 6yrs of training logged in a stack of binders. My lady thinks I'm a little obsessed because I have all the training logs and I have a spreadsheet on my laptop to log all my food intake. Obsessed in a good way I think ;)

I hear ya... everyone feels I'm obsessed as well. Funny, how some people react to us putting all we can into being healthy.
 
Sorry I haven't posted guy have had a busy week but I have done 3 workouts back arms and shoulders ...and I have a question , when I should stop taking it ...or just finish the bottle? Noticed I'm 220 but my waist has slimed down and o feel strong as ever

Bent over rear delt dumbbell with forehead on bench-

Eze curl bar military press (standing-behind the neck-) 65x15-70x12-75x10-80x6-

Rope upright rows -60x15-70x15-80x12-90x10-100x8

Same machine stood reverse on seat and did shrugs- 110x20-130x15-140x12-150x10

Abs and good to go.....
Still I'm impressed with this product I have gotten stronger , I remember when I couldn't go past 65s on shoulder press and now have achieved it ..every time I do it after the shoulder press I drop the dumbbells down LIKE A BOSS LOL
 
Back has to get bigger !!!

In between I did straight arm wing pull downs -30x20-40x15-50x8
Sitting wide grip pull backs -100x20-120x15-130x12-140x10-150x6
Back was pumped after this madness.
Then dumbbell rows-70x15-75x15-80x12-95x8-85x10-75x10
Reverse on bench incline with dumbbell rows to hit that lower back-45x15-50x15-55x12
Cable rope rows -80x20-100x15-120x12-140x10
Hammer strength rows-185x15-225x15
265x10-285x6-
Then reversed down in weight to 135
Then did some abs

It's only just approaching 4 weeks though, I believe. Either way, you're good.
 
OK just wanted to know...BTW had a banging leg session. Did 30 min of cardio to warm my legs and while doing cardio just in anger watching this nonsense of Baltimore riots made me furious and I went to a new level of beast ..lol did like 8 sets of squats not counting the finisher of my workout with hammer strength squats

Yep still didn't stop me I did chest and cardio with abs n triceps. It was so bad school was canceled for my daughters , they don't go to the inner city school bit its a good ways from the inner city , I told my wife last night I dont think there will be school for today and I was right, I honestly was not going to send them to school so I'm glad it was canceled.

Well I am a citizen that will stand up for my family and community , although I don't own a firearm simply because I live in an apartment and never have had reason for one ,but now that I have a wife and 3 daughters when I buy a house I will consider getting one.

were I am at I never felt safe in the aptment complex.. I would get up to check the kids and the house at least once a night. finally moved to a nicer hood and have retrained my sleep patterns using G8~

Yea I check on my girls when I get home from work and when I get up to use the bathroom. Our apt has a security code to get in
