doesn't a lot of bowel discussion always apply to Canadians? (maybe that's just Terrence and phillip I am thinking of....)

this need not be updated/logged/discussed every day - what we are looking for is just general feedback on what thoughts are using the product, any notable benefits, digestion etc....any impact on recovery? and anything at all that may stand out/be observed...of course along with digestion issue there may be some impact on bowel movements, if so then sure let's go ahead and mention that aspect, simply use good common sense to not harp on the topic or use descriptively gross words on a daily basis

this is one of those products that, while subtle, still can have a pretty huge impact on overall health as well as variety of other factors

I've been holding off on logs through some long ongoing medical treatment but mainly because I have workout performance hinderances associated.

I am considering this though as I can definitely report in recovery and digestive/well-being aspects
