FINAFLEX Muscle Fiber log

Well-known member
I'd like to thank the FINAFLEX group for the opportunity to try their new product Muscle Fiber.

I got my full 60 servings on Friday before the long holiday weekend 8/29 and began using right away.

Things have gotten very busy but the log is finally up.

I've run at 1 scoop for the first 4 days without any neg issues to report. For the last 3 days I've run it at 2 scoops/day. One serving in the morning and the second serving in the late afternoon.

Still no distress and only good things happening so far.

MUSCLE FIBER™ by FINAFLEX® combines a blend of two muscle preserving and strengthening ingredients with a Prebiotic Soluble Fiber. MUSCLE FIBER™ features two categories of ingredients that are often taken separately into one complete and novel dietary supplement.

MUSCLE FIBER™ with robust essential Amino Acid L-Glutamine, Vitamin D3, and Fructooligosaccharide (FOS), three ingredients that are crucial to muscle preservation, digestive health, and overall well being.*

Good to hear your motivation is up!

Any change in BMs?

Any change in BMs?

Yes, but only for the better, much better thank you. Recently things have been going well, not too hard and not too soft and it has also become noticably easier to expel waste.

BM - not going into too much detail my entire digestive system was recently (2 week ago) completely out of sync. I'm still not sure if it was a bug I picked up or I had been trying a new herb Coleus Forskohlii at a high %. In any event I stopped the Forskolin and noticed some gradual improvement. However, Muscel Fiber has had a most positive effect that expedited my return to normalcy.

Flatulence: unchanged

Bloat: slight change, I've seen a decrease in stomach distention.

This is good to hear too. I know there are a lot of guys here in this forum that have SD issues.

I've seen a decrease in stomach distention.

Them Three bears had it right !

Too hard can cause strain and them Hroids
Too soft and you can become dehydrated

I think I read it or heard it on TV. It's based on survival techniques where there may not be any medicine or otc remidies available to assit with problems like constipation or diarrhea. It a simple "guage" that can allow someone who is familar to know when to make adjustments to their diet.

Schedual conflict today so no work out, oh and today's lunch = Fish taco's + homemade chips.

Been awhile so time for more feedback. I was up to 3 servings/day and then I got a little heartburn so I took it back to 2 times a day.
Diet has been all over the place, eating well, then junk food. Strong urges for major food consumption at night a couple of times.

The real benifits of improved gut health have been experienced in a positive way ! Its always great to be regular.

Still notice a "slight" drop is tummy distention. Not as much flatuance but when it goes the odor has become quite untollerable (for those around me) must be from the protein shakes I recently started

Odd.
If anything it should be preventative of heartburn

I'm thinking it was more likely a dietary cause

I agree with Driven on that. Especially that night time eating - that always has aided in giving me heartburn (even more so if it was junk food consumed).

^^agreed

no ingredient in Muscle Fiber is known to induce heartburn. and no other feedback has been made pertaining to such..
seems like you have made some changes in dietary fare (inc protein shakes as you state), so yes that would be culprit imo

still, we appreciate the feedback - keep it coming, whatever your thoughts may be!

Protein shakes (especially when mixed with dairy) gives me uncontrollably smelly gas too.

Just in case anyone was wondering...

scooter forgive me if its stated here earlier.. are you using any oral anabolics? also a lot of pre work outs and pump products tend to give me heartburn. sometimes even during a lift sesh.. which I totally hate.

Grilled shrimp today - diet is getting a llittle cleaner.

I agree, must of been the late night junk that backed up on me.

Ask away sir -

No, I am not using any oral anabolics - just some topical dhea solution.

Now that I think about it I'm always using some kind of preWO and none have caused me heartburn.

Just prior to starting Muscle Fiber my whole digestive system was out of synch from I suspect 95% forskolin.

The Muscle fiber brought me back and made things even better by keeping it regular.
