FINAFLEX Football PROMO (weekly)

Since there is 10 games we have to wager 10 points on every single game?
You leave us no option to wager anything but 10 with 10 games and to match 100 points.

You leave us no option to wager anything but 10 with 10 games and to match 100 points.

You picked 10 winners.

Total possible points is 100. I don't anticipate that happening this week, with this outcome. Unless, someone wagers 10 on all 10 and wins every game. 35 may be the highest score. Who knows.

Edit:

My response didn't catch your edit. Disregard first sentence.

I think this will still be fun. I highly doubt there will be a perfect score and highly doubt that anyone waging 10 each game will hit 100.

If no one likes this setup I won't do it again. It's a test for the bowl season and a long term playoff idea.

I'm really confused. There are 10 games and we have 100 points. What choice do we have but to wage 10 points on all 10 games?

I like this system.. Had to think about it a sec. but its more challenging than the pure betting system.

Total possible points is 100.

Total possible points if 10 are waged per game and you get all ten right. Doubt it would happen...

I apologize for the confusion. The blame lies on me for not explaining it correctly.

You can wage between 1-10 each game. You earn or lose exactly what is waged. Total points won minus points lost will be your final point score. 100 is the maximum possible. I personally believe there will be no 100's based on this setup.

Remember it's not too late even if a game has started. There's a slight 5 point penalty but not a game killer.

Let's get some more entries!

So even though Vikings lost did they beat the -2.5 spread? I think I'm reading this wrong lol

I was curious why everyone picked the Vikings +2.5 away. Aren't they on a losing skid?

Yes. Just figured theyd be able to stop the lions' 4th qtr come from behind streak.

Current outcome from most recent game, picks for tonight's game, and scores if everyone wins from here on.

I wish I had used an excel sheet previously.

Still not too late to get in!

Then why didnt you bet 10 pts?

Vikings have been hit or miss
Bradford had 12 TD's and only 2 Picks coming into this game, so I knew he was going to play well. You just never know what can happen in the NFL on any given day.
While the Lions were favorites (IMO), and they came out with a W. There were a lot of questionable calls that could of turned the tide of the game very quickly.

Was just giving ya shît for saying it was a no brainer and only betting 5. Like I said, i just figured the vikings D could step up this time around and not allow a 4th qtr comeback. The Lions' luck will run out eventually. (Luck isnt a great word there - i just mean you cant keep relying on 4th qtr comebacks).

Speaking of Luck. I am a steelers fan, having him out tonight vs Indy is huge. Lets hope the Burgh can get a road win to end my thanksgiving!!!!

Im a Colts fan lol...dont have very high hopes without him. I was seriously looking forward to this game until Luck was confirmed as out. My dad grew up 25 mins from Pitt and has been a Steelers fan his entire life so im sure my brother and I will be catching some flack for what is likely to occur here.

Im going to the Florida State v Florida game tomorrow, leaving Jacksonville at 1. Its unlikely I'll update the excel sheet until I get back, sometime around 3-5 AM EST on Sunday.

Good luck guys!

Thanks. The game will be a blast I'm sure.

I'll check back and see how everyone liked this weeks setup or if the old one was better. With the bowl games and playoffs coming this could make for an exciting platform, IMO.

I will learn to read someday :)

I made a lot of changes. That makes for a difficult transition. I didn't mean to be so confusing.
